I am a disabled veteran living in Manchester and I’ve been going here about two years. they’re always pushy with the appointments and I responded no via text yesterday to an appointment I had today. Today I called when I saw they texted me again and they charged me $65.00. For a business to send tax that they don’t receive back, shows me that they’re not interested in canceling and they’re interested in creating an additional step for a disabled person or anyone who’s busy so they can make money. I have no idea why they feel that they have a right to $65 for an appointment that they scheduled for too early to begin with. Not only pushy I don’t think this place is clean as it needs to be and I’m a man. Steal from disabled veterans isn’t something that should be a best practice. Save yourself some money if you’re a man and go to CVS and get your own kit, it cost about $15. I’m gonna be filing to get my $65 back.

After being a client here for 2 years and with all the google reviews with how incredibly clean we keep the salon. Receiving 2 day notices of your appointment including a 2 hour same day text reminding you of your appointment. Having not been charged in the past for the same day No-Show. We felt as this is your new excuse of sending us a text to our cancellation message that clearly states to call us if you are canceling your appointment. All business's have a waiver that states No-Shows No Calls, Will be charged 100% of services also includes Canceling your appointment 2 hours before the scheduled time. This is posted on our website, on your text/email reminder, the wavier you signed and at the front desk when you cash out. Im sorry you are using yourself as a disabled veteran to excuse your actions but we have policy's in place for a reason.

All of our calls are on a recorded line that displays your rudeness to our receptionists and having your own esthetician hear the conversation that took place is also not acceptable.

We are sorry that you have taken it this far with all the information that you have been given in the past No-Shows. We also have your signed form with the explanation of the above. Which we will be sending to you and the BBB.

    Thank You,
