  There's nothing about this collar that we don't love. It allows our dog to roam freely and safely across our 13 acres, including a 1-acre pond that's a total magnet for her black lab-newfie mix. Plus, the ease of being to set up fences when we visit others (including when she boards) is so-so nice. We don't worry about her getting lost, getting into trouble on the property of others, and we if we need to figure out where she is, it's as easy as opening the app. Best pet investment we've ever made next to getting our dog. Plus, in the rare instances where I had an issue or questions, the customer service team was top notch. They're very patient and understanding and have corrected issues on the first pass every time. Can't recommend SpotOn enough.

  I purchased the SpotOn dog collar, and it has been a game-changer for me and my dog. Previously, I had to use multiple collars: an e-collar for hunting, a separate one for my home fence boundary, and another for working on my dogs obedience. The SpotOn collar combines all these functions into one convenient device, making it incredibly versatile and ************* feature I particularly appreciate is the consistent tone sounds. Unlike my other e-collars, which all have different sounds, the SpotOn collar uses the same tone for various functions. This consistency helps my dog understand commands and boundaries more easily, making training much smoother.The GPS tracking feature is highly accurate, giving me peace of mind. The virtual fence boundary is easy to set up and reliable, ensuring my dog stays within safe limits. Additionally, the training modes are effective and have significantly improved my dogs obedience. Its also worth mentioning that the * collar commands are currently in the beta testing stages, and Im excited to see how they will enhance the collars functionality even further.Another handy feature is the notifications I receive when my dog breaches the boundary. These alerts are incredibly useful, allowing me to quickly respond and ensure my dogs ********** other thing that I absolutely love about the collar is the ability to set up multiple fences. Its very easy for me to take my dog to my office or the lake, and the fences are easily turned on and off. This means I dont have to install underground wires at all the places I take him, which is a huge convenience.Lastly, I have to commend SpotOns customer service. *very time Ive had an issue or a question, theyve responded almost immediately and have been more than willing to help. Their dedication to their customers is truly five-star.Overall, I love the SpotOn collar for its multifunctionality and reliability. Highly recommend it to any dog owner looking for an all-in-one solution!

  Excellent product with fantastic personal customer service. The collar is more valuable than my cell phone now because I appreciate knowing where our LGD is at all times. She is a Great Pyr who isoutside 24/7 with our farm animals in all elements and the collar has held up with no side effects to her neck or fur either. I change her fence as needed, activate tracking probably weekly and can roll over in bed at night and see her location. I LOVE that on the rare occasion she ***** through the fence chasing a predator she can return back through with no issues. The tone and light on her collar help me see her at night, too. The customer service connects you immediately to a real person, not an AI keypad. Each of my questions were answered on the spot and the troubleshooting needed was resolved asap. I recommend this collar and the people behind this company 100%.

  We purchased a SpotOn collar in February of 2023. That original collar worked perfectly up to the point when the battery became disconnected from the collar and would no longer charge. We contacted SpotOn and returned the collar for inspection. They determined that the collar could not be fixed, and they sent us a different collar. I am unsure if this is a refurbished collar, but this "new" collar doesn't work. It does not shock properly. Much to the SpotOn technician's disdain, I tested the collar on my arm. I figure if I'm going to put something like this on my dog, I better be willing to put it on myself. I got the collar all the way up to a 10 static correction and all I felt was a little ****** on my skin from one prong. We have contacted SpotOn twice in regard to this issue and have sent the collar back both times. Each time they hook it up to a computer and send it back saying there's nothing wrong. We have followed all the instructions that we have been given to get this collar to work to no avail and our dog continues to walk right through the fence unfazed even with the static correction set at a 30. The original collar stopped him in his tracks. SpotOn refuses to believe that there is an issue with this collar and continues to make us feel as though we're the ones who are wrong. They continue to say the collar is working properly because that's what their computer tells them. We still have no resolution in regard to this issue and when we contact SpotOn, they now tell us that we are going to be charged for sending the collar in for them to continue to check. We spent over $1,300.00 on this collar, and it doesn't work. At this point, we do not recommend this collar to anyone. If SpotOn could get this collar working properly or replace this collar with a new working collar, like the original collar we purchased, that would be wonderful. Our dog is now being tied up every day because we can't trust the collar to keep him contained.

  I have call them 6 times to remove me from they list and they still emailing me 5-8 time a day I dont have a dog or pet imagin to they client how bad the customer services will be Also they sale the client information

  Such an outstanding product!! Way better than the competitor brands. The app is easy to use. We have a mini husky thats born to run free and this allows him to live his life leash-free and we didnt have to install a fence. This is great too because when we visit my parents property in the Adirondack mountains we can have a boundary set up for our dog there as well so his ************ there. The customer service of this company is above and beyond. Weve recommended this collar to all our friends who now love it too!!

  Best investment I have ever made for our pup! We live on 400+ acres farm and swamp land, our boy lives to roam and we wanted him to safely do so. We've used the collar for a little over a year, Cotton is now 8yrs old, yellow hard headed lab, he learned his boundaries in about 30 minutes and we haven't had to worry since. I only wish I would have known about this collar sooner! Customer service is also AWESOME!

  The SpotOn Fence Collars have allowed our dogs (Jemma & Josie, 6-month-old Chocolate Labs) to go outside and be safe without me or my husband watching every step. We no longer have to worry that Jemma & Josie will bother the neighbors; we will use the collars when we go camping, visit family, etc. Initially, I thought, 'Well, this won't work.' Well, it does. It works. It does exactly what it claims it can do! I cannot speak highly enough of these collars, & the customer service! Its extensive range ensures effective communication even in open and dense wooded spaces. The waterproof design adds durability, making it suitable for various weather conditions. The rechargeable feature eliminates the hassle of constantly replacing batteries and NO underground wires. The best overall part is this- My girls are safe! When we purchased our fur babies and took them home to their forever home, I started to research GPS collars; I did this for about three months. Ultimately, what made me call SpotOn Fence was the reviews I was reading (and trust me, you can't believe every review out there), but their App was "spot on" from what the reviews said. I watched videos made by people like you, not the company themselves. When we spoke to the representative, he answered every question we had, and trust me, I (the wife) had a lot of questions from all the research I had done; he was professional and never tried to rush us. We were still determining if We needed one or two collars, and he helped us decide. It's just a hands-down substantial company.   This has been a great investment and even though it is expensive it was way cheaper than building a fence. I really like the tracking and recall feature. It nice because sometimes he is out of sight so I can hit the whistle and he knows to come to the door. Also, our collar had some issues and all of them were resolved. Then after about 8 months the collar quit charging. Talked to customer service and they originally wanted me to send it to them to evaluate it but I explained how important the collar is as we live on a busy road in the front of our house and I would even be willing to buy another collar to have it overnighted and they could just get the broke one back in it’s place so they didn’t think I was just trying to get another collar. After she talked with a supervisor they sent me another collar overnight and had a return label for the broken one. I didn’t get charged and the service was outstanding. I did call to follow up and find out what happened to the broken one. I also call to give suggestions to help make it better. This company has been outstanding and the customer service support is next to none. I truly hope they stay this way and I will be a customer for life.   I purchased my collar a year ago. I waited this long to do a review because I wanted to make sure it worked as advertised. I started out with a Halo collar because it was so much cheaper. It was not accurate and I could here it correcting my dog in our house. It scared her to death. She was trained on an invisible fence and the tones on it always made her return to the house. When she was in the house and heard tones she had nowhere to go. The Spoton collar doesn't depend on cellular signals to work. That is a big plus for me because I don't have a strong signal and my home. The spoton collar works great here. It also works great when I go on vacation and move her to our beach house. She knows where our boundaries are and she stays within them. I did put up little flags at the beach in the beginning to help her know where the boundaries were. After a year of use I couldn't be more satisfied.. We put the collar on her when we get up in the morning and take it off when we go to bed. We still get a full days use from it. You get what you pay for!
