  Outstanding service! Great product! This was one of the best investments that I’ve made over the past 2 years. My dogs have the freedom to roam 6 acres while I sleep in with peace of mind knowing they are safe.

  This collar works very well for our family. We have two collars for two dogs. We’ve had our first collar for over a year now. Both of our dogs learned very quickly and any issues (all user error) I’ve had were addressed quickly and thoroughly by their customer service team. Very satisfied with the collars and the service!

  We are thrilled with this collar and the customer service was wonderful. We have used them for coming up on a year or so and they have fixed a few issues they had early on and now we are 100% satisfied. There were some issues with the app at the beginning but those are all sorted out. We have talked to customer service a few times and they were great each n every time. 100% recommend!

  I have encountered numerous issues with this company that have left me extremely dissatisfied. To begin with, their support team's lack of responsiveness is exasperating. I've sent multiple emails and endured countless hours on hold, only to end up disconnected without assistance.The heart of my frustration stems from the fact that I own 5 dogs and depend on their collars to maintain their safety within set boundaries. These collars were marketed as "the most reliable GPS fence," but they consistently fall short of this claim due to the flimsy buckles. Regrettably, the buckles break far too often, forcing customers to purchase an entire replacement strap for a steep price ranging from $25 to $50.The situation is exacerbated by the fact that these defective buckles frequently cause the collar to come off, putting my dogs' safety at risk. This inherent unreliability is unacceptable, especially given the initial cost of these collars, and the fact that I've only had them for 5 months. While they may have the potential to be amazing collars, their constant detachment issues render them far from dependable.

  The spot on collar is working amazing for my 5 month old puppy. I’m super excited that I can setup a fence wherever we go. I’m so thankful I took the financial plunge to buy this, it’s been priceless so far. ????

  I’m seriously impressed with how well our SpotOn fence is working for our 1 year old English Springer Spaniel. I have 3 fences set up in 3 location and it’s been working perfectly for us. On our GA home I walked the fence line I wanted to set around the house and yard and 30 feet into the tall pine and hardwood forest. At the GA horse farm I set up a 3/4 acre circle fence around the barn and pasture. On our 26 acre Bois Blanc Island, MI home on Great Lake Huron, I used the satellite image map to set up about 1.5 -2 acre fence that includes tall, deep cedar, hemlock and hardwood forest and 20 feet into Lake Huron so he can go into the Lake for a swim. Once he had his initial fence training at our GA home, I never had to do any additional training at the farm or on the island for him to know where he was able to go or not go. I have the static set at a low number, for the main purpose of stopping him from chasing cars as he was doing prior to having this fence collar, and keep him closer to the house on the island, hopefully away from coyote packs and wolves! I highly recommend SpotOn collar. Worth the cost for me!

  This is just what I needed. It solves so many problems. Lets me rest easy at night. My neighbors are all friendly now and asking about the product. I am recommending it to all my friends and neighbors. Love this product and the customer service.

  Very happy with my collar. Ordered it in April 2023 and received it mere days later. Customer service have been very prompt in responses and professional and helpful. I also used the 30 minute virtual training session where I picked up good advice and validated my training progress. My GSD has been free to roam our 10 acres and absolutely loves the freedom. I had a buckle break and sent a note to support by email late in the evening, when I checked my email early the next morning a replacement was already processed and being shipped. My dog swims, runs free and I no longer worry with tie outs and the dangers that come with that when the grandkids play with her. I would never be able to secure/fence my property for $1200! Great product and i have only experienced exceptional customer service. Highly recommend.

  I was hesitant to spend $1200 for a collar. My wife kept telling me we need it for our one year old German Shepherd. She tends to wander. I relented and purchased the collar. The fence setup was easy (about 15 acres are covered). I needed customer support to connect two cell phones to the fence and track. Customer service was excellent. I love this product. Now Riley can roam and we can always locate her.

  I love this product! I live in NC on the side of a mountain. We can not put up a fence and I wanted to keep our giant schnauzers on property. This product is a dream. Works perfectly and I now have zero worries. Thank you
