    I've had excellent service in my history of using them for plumbing and heating needs. This includes yearly check ins on the furnace they installed, and the emergency visit last winter when the pipe connecting to my dishwasher froze and burst, flooding my kitchen with hot water, and they were there that evening. Professional experience every time.

    We had a serious problem of leaking from an upstairs apartment into ours. The company sent a technician right away. (We are repeat customers.) The technician, Brian, let us know via text when he was on the way. He took his time to diagnose the issue correctly and then spent the time needed to make sure that the repair was complete. There are no more leaks. Well done!

    I would NEVER use Bill T****** again! I had a new furnace and A/C installed and it was a nightmare from the get go. I was especially disappointed with the way the office handled my grievances and requests. And every time they came out it was a service charge, even though they never fixed any of the problems. Between a hole in my roof which was not properly covered after they removed the smoke pipe and they did not have a replacement and wanted me to wait 3 weeks before they replaced it (I had rain coming in onto my new furnace), to a sewer smell (methane gas) problem which they came out to look at twice (and never resolved the problem), and many other little things such as the office personnel treating me as if I was an idiot, it just about did me in. I'm 67 years old and a widow and although I thought I did my homework in hiring a reputable company, it was a horror show from beginning to end. Bill T****** should be ashamed that his office did not treat a paying customer with respect and dignity. Beware, do not hire Bill T****** Plumbing and Heating. (I had to give it 1 star in order to submit.)

    Mrs. ****** we did respond each time you called and fixed anything that needed to be fixed related to the install job of the hvac system. The gas smell you mentioned was a Plumbing issue, and we were sending HVAC crews out because you felt it was related to the install. They as well as the manager kept telling you it was a plumbing issue and you finally agreed to have us go there for that plumbing issue but cancelled that call and called a different plumber that did in fact prove out that we were correct and that was a plumbing issue. We have and will continue to service the hvac system as we stand behind our work.

    A 6 year old sewer pump in my basement stopped working. Bill T******** team, Dave and Dylan, responded promptly. After crawling into a very small, tight space, they quickly got the pump working again! Great service!

    Just had my furnace and A/C serviced. It's great to have the continuity of the same technician who knows and understands the equipment. Kyle and Justin were on time, texted ahead that they're on the way, very professional, tidy and gave a great debrief and recommendation of service parts replacements. Thank you again for the technical knowledge and great customer service.

    We have had Brian for plumbing work twice and Lee for electrical work, both from Bill Trombly. Both did such an amazing job. Each visit they explained everything in detail and suggested other methods to fill our needs while saving us money in the end. For plumbing and electrical work, I would highly recommend asking for them.

    Jonathan was very courteous, pleasant, and professional
    I Explained I had a problem with the splits not providing cooling on the two very hot days.
    He checked and re checked and found all to be in good working order and proceeded with routine maintenance. Everything working well at end of visit .
    he reassured me thigs were working well and if there was a problem to call the office.
    i found this to be true of all Bill Trombly employees,
