  Avoid Clear Choice Home Improvements at all costs.This was one of the worst remodeling experiences Ive ever had. I was completely oversold on what they could deliver. I hired them for a bathroom remodel and was promised a spa-like retreat. What I got instead looked like a cheap hotel bathroom.The price was outrageous. They pitched me at around $38,000, and I agreed because I thought I was getting a high-end, premium product. That was absolutely not the case. The materials and design options were extremely limited. They only work with one brand, and they push it aggressively like a bad timeshare *************** make matters worse, the price didnt even include the vanity or any accessories. I had to provide all of that myself. For nearly forty grand, that is completely unacceptable.The workmanship was okay, not great. They were in and out in a day, which was convenient, but it clearly came at the cost of quality. There are spots where the work looks rushed and careless.This is a $15,000 bathroom at most. I was charged more than double that. Clear Choice is massively overpriced and the quality of work does not even come close to justifying the cost. I feel ripped off and would never recommend them to anyone.

  I was not pleased with the presentation of information related to a proposal for gutters on my house. The representative started with what I believed to be a very costly number and when I raised an objection, he shaved almost $6,000 off the original price. It made me skeptical as to how the total cost of the project is configured and I determined that I would not be able to trust this business. I wonder if anyone else has had this same experience?

  Company came with great recommendations from a family member who had the same project as we wanted done. From the sales people to the project techs, they were all very professional. They are a team that knows what they are doing and does it right from start to finish. Would highly recommend them.

  Clrear Choice was a little more expensive than the competition, but I made the right choice when I hired them. Definitely consider them for your project.

  Clear Choice Home Improvements were very professional and responsive. They answered all my questions promptly and were able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. The Workers were on time, courteous and respectful towards us and our property while on the job. They worked hard and offered honest advice and recommendations that made our house look like new when they were finished. Would highly recommend them for any projects and will be the first I call the next time I need work done.

  I purchased a tub over tub and very expensive during covid. The first unit was defective, ripped out and replaced. The replacement unit has issues along with less than great install by one guy over two full days (1 day install promised). I called April 2024 to get some of the cosmetic issues resolved and to discuss the more intense issues and concerns I had (noisy, lumpy, less than level base, etc.). I was told if there were severe defects including property damage, I was covered. They had defective calking materials to be replaced. Hardware was rusting and the water control handle was coming off. Other hand held shower unit filled with sediment from water (not their problem I agree and since have put on a water filtering system). All I wanted was to have the calking fixed so I wouldn't have more severe issues down the road (leaks, mold, etc.). I was told it wasn't on the truck they would have to come back after checking warehouse inventory for the product). I've placed at least 6 calls and each time was promised follow up (never got a call back). They were supposed to show up yesterday...if they couldn't make it, they would show up today ... what a surprise, nothing has happened and again no phone calls. I'm really tired of chasing them!!!! And I at the first callback was treated rudely by customer service. The call I first placed after not hearing from them was to say just book me out in July so I can request a day off and make it happen. They are swamped with installs Mondays and Fridays (my usual days off) but insisted they didn't want to book that far out and could make the fixes I wanted happen. I've escalated to asking (again) for their management to address my issues. I really am super upset at this point. My time is valuable and they prove their "lifetime warranty" means nothing if they are unresponsive!!!!!!

  **** and the crew who came to the house to install our new gutters were polite, professional and a pleasure to work with! There were a few questions they had about my preferences about mounting them and they didn't hesitate to ask instead of just making a decision, which I appreciated very much!!

  Clear Choice exceeded my expectations. They were professional from start to finish-from customer service to installation. The job was done in a day and the shower and tub look amazing! I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needed work done.

  Clear choice was clearly the right choice haha. For real they were great from beginning to end. Sales to *********** to PM and roofers were great. The guys grinded till almost 8pm they never took a break. We were impressed and the roof looks great. Excited for future projects with them.
