    I contracted with Granite State Glass to have a shower door installed and which I paid for on 4/16/21. Within 6 months the magnet on the door was not only rusted but dissolving. They came out and replaced the magnet with the same type of magnet and at the same time noted that the handle was rusting out! They ordered a new handles and when it arrived several months later they installed it and found that the new magnet was already dissolving. They replaced that with the same type of magnet and by several months THAT magnet was dissolving. They first tried to excuse this by telling me that the door was from a new vendor of theirs. I told them that I bought the door from them and not any other vendor and that they represented themselves as experts on shower doors. After re-=contacting them many times throughout 2022 they told me they were looking into solutions to the problem. I have left several messages and contacted them continually over the last year. After sending them photos of the degrading magnet and rusting handle in early 11/22, they finally told me on 11/9/22 that they were going to install a completely new shower door. I have heard nothing since despite leaving another message with them on 1/3/23. I contracted and paid to have a shower door placed and they placed a door that cannot get wet which is, by definition, NOT a shower door.
