    If I could rate this business as a "0" star, I would. This location installed not 1, but 2 defective pieces of glass (windshields) in my vehicle, and couldn't perform any of the safety recalibration functions after they stated they could... I was the one who noticed both of these negligent installs...not their technicians.After the first install of a cracked windshield, their manager apologized profusely, stating on how sorry they were, that this doesn't happen, and it would never happen again...They installed a second piece of glass, and this one had a defect/wave all the way through it... Unbelievable right?? Needless to say, I got out of there, and utilized another glass company who performed ***************'s the kicker... In doing these installs, it was observed after the first install that an error message I was receiving on my dashboard and rearview mirror camera alluded to a damaged wiring harness - and their parent company - ******** - is denying the claim, stating that I have to "prove" the damage done, and that it should have been reported in a more timely fashion. There's much more to this scenario, and I'd run out of character space trying to outline all of this shops failures - as well as ********'s - but you need to only do one thing...STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP, and DON'T USE SAFELITE or any of their business entities!! This is a negligent, careless operation from the top down. STAY AWAY! I'm a career business professional, specializing in ************** managing teams and processes associated with the handling of products and/or services throughout the world, and I don't normally step outside of my bounds unless something has been so poor that I am "compelled" to do so, and this company and it's affiliations have justifiably forced me to do so.STAY AWAY FROM **********************************
