    On October 13th I order a small investor create I never received it I emailed customer support and I told the I wanted to be refunded because I never received it and we emailed back and forth for a while but it wasn't going anywhere and and again I sent them a screenshot and they got mad and told me let me send you a stupid Little create and if the would have done that in the first place it wouldn't have been a problem I also said send it to me and a tracking number but they never got back with me so that's why I'm reporting it

    We are unable to refund him because we canceled and voided the transaction per his instructions, while the charge was still pending. This means it stopped the payment before ever going through.

    The hang up is with his bank. We can NOT refund him, because there are no funds to refund. In addition, we cannot contact his bank on his behalf, he has to do this on his own, as directed by our team.

    Customer support staff offered to send him what he *tried* to purchase free of charge, offer still on the table, just to make him go away but he won't.

    He has spammed our social media page relentlessly, our e-mails and review platform and has been blocked where we can block him, due to the obsessive behavior.

    We genuinely hope he gets this and any other issues he has, resolved.
