    They've lost my business by posting politically charged content on their social media. Making fun of my political stance isn't appropriate for a professional business. They should be promoting their product, not their politics.

    I received about $160 with of silver for $200 plus shipping. There are way better deals out there. This was a rip off, and took a long time to receive. I got about 5.5 **** oz silver in my box for $200. I just received a 10 **** oz bar from another company for $290. Free shipping. Investor crate way over charging.

    You recevied a 5 oz Silver bar, a 1/2 oz Silver round, and a 1/4 oz Silver round and paid ******. Those same contents are currently going for ****** on *******************. 10 oz Silver bars are currently retailing for about ****** dollars. So, that bar was either from the secondary market, or on a major sale from which ever company you bought from.

    If you have a issue and bring it up to them they will cuss you out, tell you that any idiot can join the military. They won't solve the problem for you and cancel your subscription.The 1 out of 3 employees that I emailed sat there just cussing me out and told me he deals with 100s of idiots like me. Besides myself I know 2 others that have had issue with them as well. I'm guessing the good reviews are from paid customers to write a good review.

    Initial customer inquiry: Hello my order number is XXXXXX, just curious why it won't let me create a profile on your site and how long normally it take to get our product so I can keep a eye out for it? Our Response: Sir, Your order will ship on June 15th. Next billing date won't be until July 1st. Second order will ship July 15th. At that point, you'd be on track with all subscribers. We do offer a full cancelation/refund if these terms are unacceptable. Cheers, His reply back: Yeah totally unacceptable and this is a veteran owned company to wow take that out of your title. I want a full refund you take my money over a week ago and don't ship items for over a month wow crappy business I will be leaving a bad review. Theft is the word for what you guys do. Because by time you ship it the cost could be higher so I would get less then what I paid for now. Like wow I thought I read good things about you guys but nope just another company taking advantage of there customers. Seriously this isn't a veteran ran company otherwise it would have better service. --- Explanation --- First, I need to clear 1 important thing up. This customers subscription and order in queue were canceled and refunded within a few short minutes from his second response above. It is simply an attempt to lie to dissuade prospective customers from ordering from us. We have always offered a contract free service with no weird cancelation fees, or hoops to jump through in that aspect. We only want to serve folks who want to participate in our program. We are a subscription crate company, we bill on the 1st and ship on the 15th. We have been doing so for 8 years. There is a logistics & efficiency reason for this schedule. It's just how it is, we advertise it as such, it's not this hidden clause of our service or anything like that. It's what we do. (Also, it's a very common schedule for subscriptions.) We do get customers who request a cancelation because they do not want to wait, which is fine, we always and quickly honor that request. You don't have to like us, you do not have to purchase from us and you can post all the negative reviews you want, it's a free country. We will continue operating as we have and serving the customers that do enjoy our service. It certainly isn't appropriate to engage with irrational people, however, as often the lashing out is more a hatred of their own reflection and not really any issue with us. This is why they will cuss and yell but when they get cussed and yelled at back, they assume the position of a victim instantaneously. I will talk to support and ensure any customers who use negative and explicit language are swiftly banned from the service and blocked, instead of engaging with. Cheers and good luck to you.

    I have been receiving gold and silver crates for a year now and have been very satisfied. Everything from unique coins and bars, to the standard Silver Eagles. I look forward to receiving these and seeing what new item they will send me.

    Showed an advertising picture of 20 oz to 10 oz bars when I received my order it was a 5 oz bar 14 1 oz rounds and a few small fractions which added up to 20 g less than what was shown in the advertised picture completely misleading and bordering on the verge of false advertising would not buy from them again

    The price of Precious Metals fluctuates, our product images do not (on a regular basis). We also maintain that you received a very fair value for the price when cart compared to virtually any other bullion company.
