    We had a leak in our roof that for years I'd been trying to figure out from where it was coming. Water is tricky because where you're seeing it doesn't mean that's the source ("water finds a way").Finally decided to call in an expert and **** Vaillancourt Roofing was the first company that was listed in a ****** search.The first thing I noticed was the company's consistently high customer satisfaction results (at least 4.5 stars). **************** is very important to me when doing any work to our home, which is our biggest investment.I called and spoke with Cat Vaillancourt to set up an appointment. We met with sales rep **** ****, who conducted a thorough inspection and found the leak easily. His presentation about the company and how they do their work was impressive and **** was very professional. The meeting included a video that **** shot while on our roof in which he explained not just the issues that were found but WHY the work was needed. He patiently answered all our questions and never pressured us into agreeing to anything. It's our money, it's our decision, he said.After meeting with ****, we didn't hesitate to sign a contract immediately to get the work done. One of the biggest factors in signing was that the folks who do the work are company employees, not contractors. Fast forward a few weeks later and **** ******* and his crew showed up at the house on time and ready to work. When they were done, **** showed us photos of the completed repair work, so I knew they delivered as promised. **** is in the process of making a follow-up appointment so that he can inspect the job and make sure that we are completely satisfied.From Cat Vaillancourt and **** *** ********** in the office to **** to ****, every person we dealt with at Vaillancourt was fantastic and professional. We will absolutely be calling Vaillancourt in a few years when our roof needs to be replaced. Highly recommend!

    The roofing job on our house, garage, and shed by **** Vaillancourt Roofing Company was excellent from start to finish. *************************** diagnosed the ventilation problem with the soffits that were blocked, and *************************** crew worked hard correcting the problem. The roofing crew, including a young lady, worked diligently long and hard on doing a quality job, and through cleanup of the yard, with constant attention to detail. Very pleased with the process and **********************************************

    We started our meeting with ******** and planned roof materials in anticipation of replacing our home's roof. Cat Vaillancourt from the office contacted us and had a suggested list for preparing for our day. ***** and his team arrived on time on our scheduled date and immediately started prepping the house with tarps and re-located home materials. ***** coordinated his team's work activities like a well-tuned orchestra -tools out, ladders around the house and materials moving to their locations. The ******************** were organized as well as knowledgeable stripping and covering the three roofs with new materials. The roofers replaced a skylight and materials around the chimney as well. ***** spoke with us about unanticipated roof problems. The problems were analyzed and his solution was implemented in a very timely professional manner. The roofers worked continuously as they went about their work around our home. At the end of the day, all loose nails were gathered by the magnetic sweeper as well as raking around the flower beds. We whole heartedly recommend **** Vaillancourt Roofing and especially ***** and his team for anyone anticipating a reef replacement. We give *************************** Team 5-Stars to each member in every facet of the new roof installation.

    Amazing company excellent work ethic and job was finished in a timely manner. They picked up everything from the roof when it fell on the ground. They used a drop cloth to catch everything from the roof.

    Amazing company! Very responsive. Work ethic and quality of work was outstanding! I originally contacted them in the spring for repair work, and at the time was told they were too busy. They followed up with me at the end of the summer to see if I still needed to have work done, which I did. Brad arrived and did a complete assessment of the repair needed and was able to show it to us as he explained it through video and photos. When the work crew arrived, Chris, Dawn Marie, Edwin, Roman and Yaz worked all day, and into the evening after dark to complete our project in the same day. They were friendly, polite, and left our yard cleaner than when they began. They were an amazing crew, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a harder working group. The quality of workmanship is solid as we’ve had some heavy rain and experienced no further problems with the roof.
    Thank you to everyone at Adam Vaillancourt for an overall great experience start to finish!

    Salesperson explained the roof and gutter cleaning process. Crew arrived on time and finished at the end of the day. Did a great job and cleaned up. Jamie the foreman kept me in the loop all day. He did a great job!!! Also extremely impressed that they followed OSHA rules and regulations They wore harnesses and tied off!!!
