The women, ***** *., who keeps calling our company trying to collect on something that was handled through the insurance company is extremely rude. Our insurance company made a reasonable offer to pay a claim for an item that depreciates. Rather than work with the insurance company who is handling this issue, she keeps calling and is always rude. When she is advised to contact and work with the insurance carrier, she gets irate. My insurance company keeps advising me to direct her to them. Very unprofessional and she can continue to call and I will continue to hang up on her. When they call, they show up as ****************************** FYI.

These are the RUDEST people. I rather this be on my credit then to to deal with them. Firstly, she answered the phone saying hello? I was confused because there was no intro on who I was calling or anything. She then asked me for my social and got mad when I said I was not giving that to her and stated "I guess you can give me something else". And then I asked to make a payment and she wouldn't until she updated my address, which I was not comfortable providing and she stated "I don't understand why you won't just update your information". AWFUL customer service, holy cow. It can fall off in a couple of years because I will NOT work with them.

I'm sorry that ******* was unhappy with the call.  ******* called our office yesterday but would not provide us with any information to verify we had the correct ******* as she was still in our system under *************************.  We have a lot of ***************************** and ************************* in our system so we needed some verification to find the correct account.  She finally gave us the last 4 of her social so we could pull up the correct account.  She then stated she doesn't want to pay and it can stay on her credit report and hung up on us.  Not really sure how we could have handled this any other way.  We do our best to work with anybody when they call into our office.

The woman who goes by the name "Holly J******", has no idea what she's doing.
      1. She INSISTED that I purchased new frames from my eye doctor. My insurance covers 1 pair of frames every two years. So I never purchased new ones. She kept screaming, "YES YOU DID!!"
      2. She accused me of sending "nasty" letters. I sent letters that stated facts. If she thought stating facts is being nasty, then her skin is far to thin to be in the position that she's in.
      3. She told me that I wasn't "allowed" to call the eye doctor office to straighten it out with them.
I called the eye doctor's office and spoke with the billing department. They confirmed that I did not purchase new frames as Holly falsely accused me of purchasing. It's the the LENSES! That made far more sense than what she was saying. If she can't convey the message correctly she shouldn't be in this position.
She also claimed that she provided me the information that I asked for. She did not. She never provided me with what my payment covered.
I paid the eye doctor's billing department directly instead of "Holly". There was not way I was giving her my information. I don't trust her. She's unprofessional.

We were told by our client that she purchased new glasses.  We told her that we had spoken with the Doctors office and that this what they told us.  We also told her that the account was in collections now.  She had also asked for a itemized bill which we provided to her which came directly from her Doctors Office.
