    I had two negative interactions with Raymers Express. On the first, GE shipped appliances early on a new construction house to be delivered at the end of September. I received a call two weeks before the targeted date from Raymers Express, to setup a delivery time. I explained the delivery date was two weeks in the future, and the company stated they, "Have no obligation to hold on to the appliances more than 7 days," and would be shipping them back to GE if we did not take the delivery from them. I immediately contacted GE and was told that the delivery company is required to hold them up to 30 days if they are early, or if the delivery has to be rescheduled. I was able to resolve this issue with GE directly by cancelling the order, and reordering to push the delivery date later into the appropriate window to receive the appliances. The new order was scheduled for November 16th. The second issue was during the second scheduled delivery. On November 15th I received a phone call from the company, stating that they would arrive after 12:30 pm on November 16th. Throughout the afternoon on November 16th I called the company three separate times and left voicemails for an updated delivery time. I never received a call back. At 7:00pm I received a call from the delivery driver that apologized for being late and he stated he would be delivering at 8:00pm. Due to power poles being replaced, there was no power through this time period at the house and it gets dark around 4:00pm. I advised the driver of the lack of light, and he stated it would be too dangerous to deliver. He let me know someone from the office would call the reschedule. I contacted the office numerous times but never received a call back. Raymers Express then sent the appliances back to GE, cancelling the order without contacting me. This has resulted in homeowners that will have no appliances when they move into their new home, due to the time it takes to receive the appliances. Never use this company.
