    Horrible experience with this company! The first refrigerator was damaged and needed to be returned and reordered. I had to call about the reorder and next delivery. They tried to schedule for a Friday, but we were going to be away, so they scheduled for the following Wednesday. I had not heard a delivery time on Tuesday at 4pm, so called and left a message. I did not hear anything back, even though they are open until 5:30 (according to the website). I called again in the morning only to be told she would need to call me back. This is now two days off from work, completely emptied refrigerator and freezer, and still no refrigerator. They tried saying it was because we are not close to them. The courtesy of a phone call to reschedule could have avoided the whole thing, yet they blamed us. No wonder the reviews online are almost all bad. Awful communication and two extremely rude individuals!
