    This company is not apart of the better BBB. From everything that I have seen this company has been robbing people of there hard earned money day after day. They are also known by American copper works and SP copper art. The contact information and phone numbers that they provide are not correct and you cannot speak with someone.

    We ordered our still about 6 months ago and expected to wait this long as advised. Our only concern is there are alot of negative things recently being posted to social media about this vendor and we are praying we are not victims. I have emailed vendor in past and received honesty but recently there has been no response to emails, texts or website chats. Our faith is this will all turn out as expected--we just would like to definitively know when-PLEASE?

In regards to the things people are saying we want to apologize again for the really late shipment on your product. We fell very far behind this year. We don't want to make excuses. We just want to fulfill these orders. We have been building these for a decade and this year was by far the hardest. I'm sorry again.     We ordered a still on March 6, 2022 and was told at that time that they were on back order 3 months, which we were fine with, When we had not heard from them on the status of our order we reached out on May 26 via email because they do not answer their phone, hey responded quickly to tell us they ae still backlogged on orders and it would be another 2-3 weeks but that they would expedite our order. June 18, we emailed them, and they stated they were still backlogged but could not give me an idea as to where we are on the backlog. they just thanked us for our patients, since then we have emailed them several times and text them (because their phone message says that is the best way to contact them) to which they have completely stopped responding.
    I am not understanding the terrible Customer Service we have received and the lies we have been told during this process, Seems like we lost our $800.00

    We still have not received the product that we ordered back on March 6, 2022.
    In the text response below from November we were told it would not be much longer until it ships. Yet here we are almost 3 months later still waiting.
    I wonder why? As we have had no updates from the company.
