    Fast. The customer service was great too. Unfortunately I had to use an expensive courier because of lithium batteries. Remember to read faq!

    If there are restrictions for certain things like cosmetics and creams ingridients etc., it would be helpful to have a more specific guide. Is not that helpful to check a box after the whole consolidation and shipping process. I do not recommend it.

    Hi *******, I see that your package was stopped in customs and required documentation about some of the products that you were not able to provide. I am so sorry this happened to you, we do have a country specific page about Mexico--**************** that lists some resources to help research what can and cannot be shipped to your country. If you ever decide to give us another try, please also use our customer service department as a resrouce. They are very knowledgeable and will help to direct you in the right direction.

It is sometimes difficult to estimate the final cost especially when additional packaging options are selected. I also see that shipped to United Arab Emirates via Aramex, where we offer prepaid GST and taxes. This is an added expense when checking out, but this amount would have been paid upon entry into your country. Pre payment always speeds up that process! We aim to offer the lowest cost possible, we hope that you'll continue to use our service. Our customer service can help to estimate costs as well, they'll help to figure out the final size of a box and give you the best estimate possible.     My order arrived on time and was in good condition. The original package had been opened but the contents were all as expected and nothing was missing. I like that DHL is an option because they let you submit a request to deliver the package without a signature.
