When it became clear to me that my best course of action would be to sell my lovely rental unit in a distressed building, a friend recommended IPS Cash. To be honest, I was skeptical at first, assuming it was one of the "vulture" companies that profits from the misfortunes of the property owners and would be completely insensitive to my predicament. Feeling pressured, I gave *** a call anyway and was pleasantly surprised by how responsive and low pressure the person I spoke to was. She explained the process and we were able to set up a walk through inspection within a couple of days. From that point, every single representative I dealt with at IPS Cash, all smart and professional women, and even more impactful, sympathetic and kind, guided me through the process. *** and her team are excellent! At no point did I feel things were not what was promised. If I had a question, I got an immediate genuine response. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending IPS Cash to others.IPS Cash
