    I filed for damaged goods received from McLaughin Transportation back in November 2022. They sent someone out to look at the items immediately. Since then I have only received generic emails saying they've assigned my account to an adjuster and someone will be in touch. I cannot get anyone to answer me more than that. The last email I received says they try to resolve within 10 business days. I asked them 10 business days from when because this has been ongoing for over 3 months now. I tried reaching out to Mayflower headquarters since my claim is now with them I understand and they have not replied to me either. This is the second time I've contacted the BBB regarding my move and issues. I will never recommend McLaughlin to anyone as they are the nastiest people I have ever dealt with and they were my 9th major move I have had. I have used all the major moving companies and these people were by far the worst. I have never had to file a claim for a broken item before and I have many with them and I'm not done going through my items yet and they have lost items which so far nobody has addressed that issue yet either. I am still going through my boxes as I am not in my permanent home yet so it's been difficult.

    Mrs. ***** filed her claim online through Mayflower.com/claims. Mrs. ***** needs to contact the adjuster who replied to her and ask the status of the settlement.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I accept as long as someone gets back to me.  I have requested numerous times to reach out to Mayflower Headquarters and not McLaughlin directly and that had not happened for some reason.  I also want someone from headquarters to get back to me.
