      One of the worst companies I've had to deal with. Customer service was extremely bad and dishonest, they have issue with billing, and you work with them to fix it and they tell you they will do something then they don't do it and each time you try to resolve it they give another date or blame the customer. Stay away.

      To whom it may concern,
      The Customer has spoken with our team and our Accounts receivable team on multiple occasions.
      Because of an increase in monthly rates, the customer negotiated pricing on 8/29/23. Because of the change, the billing for that month in question did get mixed up and took time to adjust. However, due to the mix up and short paying of the invoice in question, it took time to correct and therefore the account was placed on hold as of 11/28/23. We received and processed a payment on 12/22/23 for INV ******. As of now the account is up to date. There is a credit on the account for $15.53 and will be applied to the next invoice.
      There should be no more issue on the account and should be good to go moving forward.
      We apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause but look forward to getting back on to a better footing.

      These people do not pick up the trash as they say they will. Weeks going by by and they will make excuses for why they don't come. It can take 45 minutes of wait time to get a customer service person on the phone.

      To whom it may concern, 


      We at Win Waste Innovations have seen a higher than usual call volume over the last month. We as a company do our best to answer any and all calls that come through to our Care department. We apologize for any inconvenience our wait times may cause but ask that you continue to be patient. 


      In regard to pick in your area or lack thereof, we have experienced quite a few breakdowns lately and with weather delays in MA and the NY, CT area's we service, it has been a struggle to effectively service all routes properly with trying to lend support to other towns at the same time. Again, this is not a normal occurrence for our company, and we do intend on getting things corrected. In the mean, should you experience delays, you do, as a customer, have the option to bring your trash to our transfer stations at little to no cost. 


      I hope this helps, with a bit of a better understanding as to what our company is up against but know that we will strive to correct and better any situation we can.

      Didn't pick up the trash so many times I cancelled. Then I had to call for a refund many times over months.

      To Whom it may Concern,
      The customer was issued a refund check on 8/2/23 Check # ****** dated 8/2/23 Mailed Out 8/3/23.
      As it pertains to pickups. Mr. *********** only shows two reported MPU's ( Miss PickUps ) over the last 4 months. He called in on 4/24/23 at 10:42am and stated that he had been missed 3 weeks in a row but the week prior on 4/19/23 at 12:41pm, he confirmed that pick up was successful. and we closed out our Missed Pick up case. # ******.

      Bad service, worse customer service. Missed scheduled pick ups, and lied to me each time I called to have the recycling picked up. 4 calls, each time was told it would be picked up the next day- still sitting there.

      To whom it my concern.
      I have spoken with **** and the situation at hand is being resolved. This all stemmed from an ongoing damage complaint from last year. Do to the supervisor position changing hands in our operational department, this damage complaint fell through the cracks. We have looped in the new GMs and Supervisors and have made contact with the customer. this is being handled accordingly now and the customer is on board.

      I am president of a small condo community in Greenwich. We had them by default after they acquired our regular trash company. They are awful. Expensive, non-responsive. Been trying to cancel for two months but they continue to show up at 6am!! I wouldn’t give them a 1/5. Don’t understand how they stay in business. I call them every other day to ask them to pick up their bins which are languishing on our property. DO NOT USE!!!

      After having my trash not picked up multiple times throughout the summer of 2022, I switched to a new trash company and received wonderful service. Unfortunately, WIN Waste bought that company and I ended up back with the company I tried to escape. After a mere six weeks back with WIN Waste, they missed my pickup day again. After multiple phone calls throughout the week and being told over and over again that the trash would get picked up "tomorrow," I ended up back on my regular pickup day...an entire week missed. And they missed AGAIN...making two weeks in a row without service. Now I've been told that my trash will be picked up on Monday. I live in a 1000 sq ft house. No garage. Where am I supposed to store TWO AND A HALF WEEKS OF TRASH? And I don't have much faith in my trash being picked up the Monday after Christmas even though I'm told they are working that day. The customer service people on the phone are pleasant and they do seem that they want to help but customer service really starts with the people driving the trucks and picking up trash. Unfortunately, the truck drivers mark off my address as "done" when they haven't picked up the trash. Do they think we won't notice the barrels filled to the brim?

      First, it always saddens me to see these negative reviews. We work hard to make sure we provide the best service possible. I am always sorry that we have cause our customers such inconvenience.
      Sometimes when we acquire a company the data does not come over as cleanly as we would all like which can cause service challenges. I researched the issue and it looks like we had the street name spelled incorrectly so that it was not showing up on our driver's tablet. When the account was set up, we ere given an address of * ***** ***** ******* ** *****. It's actually supposed to be * ********* *** ******* ** *****. The driver's tablets (which are meant to improve service and account for each individual customer) is reliant on GPS data and unfortunately this address did not come up accurately. We have rectified the issue and have provided a $34 credit to Ms. ********. I know she has spoken to several people on the Care Team and I am hoping she feels that it is resolved to her satisfaction.

      I do not post negative reviews of companies lightly. This one was born of supreme frustration since not only were my regular pickup days missed but the two or three "second attempts" scheduled each week by customer service. The frustrating thing with this whole "incorrect" address debacle is that for the first five or six weeks after WIN Waste reacquired us as customers, there were no issues with pickup, so I'm not sure how the GPS data changed. I appreciate that the company updated our account so the drivers can locate us (although, we did provide the legal address for the property). After three full weeks of missed service, our trash was picked up. We look forward to regular service and I'm glad that we did not have to pay for the weeks our trash was not picked up.

      Win Waste Innovations is a terrible company. They repeatedly miss trash pickups and do not communicate with customers to resolve problems. After being repeatedly told that someone would call me back, after multiple missed pickups, no one has responded to me and the problems keep happening. Do not use this company for anything - they do not care about their customers.

      Horrible service since they bought N***** they have missed my trash pickup 5 time's they say they will be there next day but don't show up for 3 or 4 days my trash is always out the day before and they always try to turn it around on me I pay them for a service and they refuse to be promt by all means stay away from this company
