    I was going to a wedding from out of state and parked in a parking lot. there were no signs stating it was a tow zone or no parking. i came out from being in a restaurant an hour later and my car was gone. it was a rental car and I was alone in an unfamiliar town late at night. I called the police and they stated it was towed and did not offer help or advice. I called the tow company and they said I dont think anyone will come out tonight to unlock the gate so I was out of luck and also said it will be 300 dollars cash. I had to take an **** back to the hotel. I found a bank machine and received my car the next day. I missed the wedding, which is the whole reason I was there. I am unhappy I was unnecessarily towed at my expense to pick up the car and the **** expenses to get to and from the towing place. I did not attend the wedding so the whole trip costing 2000 dollars was a waste due to the towing of my car when I was parked in a spot that had no markings of towing or restricted parking.

    By far the most horrific service I have ever experienced in my life. Taking the already unpleasant situation of getting towed to a whole new dimension of alarming, confrontational, and bizarre. Charged bogus fees and refused to return my vehicle until I paid over double what I actually owed which ended up being an insane $500 for a 3 mile tow. There was no itemized receipt just a flat charge which they made up on the spot despite me asking how they got that total. Both people running the office got in my face and yelled at me, pointed a finger in my face, called me a liar, started playing Pokémon Go on their phone in the middle of our conversation, and followed me uncomfortably close out of the office into the parking lot all while shouting out barely coherent sentences in my face. Both employees were extremely on edge, lots of screaming and attempting to be physically intimidating, lots of twitching and refusal to make any eye contact while speaking. I was genuinely so disgusted that I finally stopped trying to get a fair price from these people and was essentially robbed just so I could get out of there as fast as I could.
