I called AAA for a tow on 6/30/22. I broke down on a hot day in a construction zone with my service dog. AAA dispatched Cass Towing. 50 minutes later Cass drove right by. I called AAA again, they told me Cass refused the tow! Fortunately AAA dispatched another company. My next call is to the ADA regarding my disability and service dog in relation to this "business". Do yourseAf a favor, go elsewhere and if AAA wants to dispatch Cass, ask them to find ANY alternative.

Yesterday my car overheated, and a coolant light came on, I immediately pulled over and called my insurance company for roadside assistance. The truck eventually arrived driving by me twice. I saw him pass, so I called the number the insurance company gave me, to let him know he had passed me. Apparently it was his bosses number, and he told me he would text the guy and let him know. When the truck arrived the driver was clearly agitated and angry, I thanked him for showing up, and he immediately called me a liar. I could see he was super aggressive so I said nothing, he loaded my car up, and was supposed to bring it to my house. I grabbed an Uber and headed home, much to my surprise , when riding home I saw him dropping my car at a ford garage, which we had talked about earlier, but as they were closed , decided to bring it home. I stopped in to ask what was going on, and was met with a very aggressive and verbally abusive driver. He was agitated and aggressive and started calling me a ******* ****** and ******* ***** ******, and yea a few other choice names, as I just stood in disbelief. I asked for my keys and he threw them at me, but without my car keys, luckily I got my house keys back. I asked for my car keys and he refused. He then jumped in his truck and drove off. This company’s name is Cass Towing out of Somersorth NH. The phone number is *** **** . The bosses personal cell number is *** ****. I called the boss to let him know that his driver clearly has anger issues and was a homophobe , and clearly a danger to anyone who might be gay . I was afraid for my safety and the Uber driver was as well, he would not leave me, thank you ***** ! Crickets, the boss has ignored me, the insurance company is investigating and a police report is happening today. I just want to warn any others in the seacoast area to avoid this place, this man is a danger to society, clearly, and should not be left alone with people waiting for a tow. Avoid
