    - December 4, 2024 - $822 - ****** Legion Go 1 tb Ssd Gaming handheld -order # ***-2986646-0924258 - *** Tracking # 1z87f7434293597808 -Looking to Get My Refund for a Product I never recieved and was Returned back to the Merchant the original sender.- I have gone through my bank and they requested I deal with the merchant directly I have been going back and forth.The merchant claims her Refunded me as I also told ******. My bank said there was no refund and I checked with also amazing transaction history there is no refund as well no proof of refund. I have been going back and forth for awhile now and there is no other solution or help. They deny my refund when I have proof it was never delivered *** has returned to sender and I did not recieve any refund and no proof of refund. I need help the merchant has prior issues with this with other consumers and I believe its happening to me. I just want my Money back. It just makes no sense that I canceled it and it shows in my proof I have that I have been charged and the item was shipped but then you see the *** delivery and it was shipped back to the merchant.I tried doing a claim with my bank and later it was denied I dont understand what I have to do. I showed them I never recieved the item even the merchant himself sent me the *** tracking number and it was sent back to him. There is no proof of refund with my bank and with Amazon transaction history them self.

    Super Prime Shop/ Omni Ecomerse Inc, their address is: *** * ******** ***** **** ****** *** *****. I purchased an item thru this seller on Amazon on Dec 7, 2022 and it was scheduled for delivery for Dec 10, 2022 however I did not receive my item. I immediately made Amazon AND the seller aware and the seller was supposed to file a claim with UPS. After waiting a month and not hearing back I contacted UPS and they stated no claim had been filed however the seller claims they did. I filed the claim to start the process and UPS accepted ownership that the package was not delivered to me and accepted the claim. UPS stated they paid out the claim by mailing a check on Feb 2, 2023 to what they show as the shipper which is listed as FY International LLC with a UPS claim # of *******. While still communicating with the seller they claim they are still waiting on a check and response from UPS over 6 months later but also claim they submitted the refund they Amazon which Amazon confirms they have not. They are withholding my refund when at this point their grievance is with UPS due to the item not being delivered to me. If any additional information or correspondence is needed please let me know.

    Consumer protection called today to close my claim since Amazon refunded me finally. This company is claiming they refunded me when they didn't.

    It took 7 months & over 1000 chat messages thru Amazon to this vendor to attempt to get a refund for an item I never received. This vendor lied and played games and said they refunded me when they did not and they even received a refund claim from UPS and still refused to refund me. I had to open a case with the Better Business Bureau AND the Consumer Protection Agency to get my money back and it was Amazon who refunded it which is ridiculous! I spent countless hours communicating with this company, Amazon and UPS about this matter. It should not take over 7 months to resolve an issue that was so clear cut.
