    I purchased a Ninja Intelli-Sence Kitchen System with Advanced Auto-IQ CT680SS from Amazon Super PrimeShop with your company as seller, When it arrived the carton was damaged and very diry-beatup. I opened it and to my horror nothing inside was wraped or secured , All the parts everywere and the mixing bowl was broken off one whole side and the piece in the bottom of the box with missing parts. It looked as if it came out of a dumpster and a label stuck to it. Notifided Prime Shop and they gave me an option to replace or refund I choose replace at which time I was issued a refund . ********** said they did't do it and ****** said Prime told them to. Where is customer service responsability to the customer to correct there error. An inspection of product before shipping would have eliminated this letter , I got a sorry from them and thats it, I will put the word out never to buy from this company, I have pictures to back up my words, Very Dissapointed
