    Made a purchase on October 3rd 2023, received an email that my order was confirmed and money was debited out of my account. Then received an email of back ordered items and options to choose what to do hold the order or ship available. We asked to ship what was available. Waited 3 weeks money still taken out of my cc emailed the company called the company left messages with zero response. Sent more emails complained through the payment platform still no response. I’m sure I’m not the only one this is happening too but the business should be taken off the web.

    I purchased on hobbyworldusas website 11/8/23 for $27.40 for2 items and delivery. Hobbyworldusa took my payment than i never heard from them again. I even if tried to contact them several ways and times. No response

    Placed an order on March 28th, 2022 for 5 items. Was immediately charged for all 5 but only received 4 of those items in April. I

    I contacted the business by phone and was informed one was back ordered.

    I waited a month with no update and inquired in email on May 6th with no response. Again sent a follow-up email on May 12th and got a response that day that it would be a couple more weeks before he had stock of the missing item. Did I want a similar one? My response in email was Yes, please get the similar item.

    I waiting a month and contacted them - no response and then another month.

    Finally wrote a follow-up email on August 30th checking status. No response.

    Wrote another email on September 7th and filed this complaint. I am looking for a refund of $16.50 or for the item I was charged for to be shipped to me. The problem with the business is the lack of response and the fact that they charged my credit card for an item they knew was out of stock to begin with. They have failed to uphold their end of the purchase.

    I have uploaded the original order confirmation and email chain on the subject.

    On their facebook page where I left a review I came across very similar complaints. Wish I would have know about that from the start.

    I placed an order for several hobby related items on the merchant's website on 12/1/2021 for a total of $117.24. The order number was TRV******. When the order was placed I received a message that the payment was received (I used Paypal) and the items were on backorder. After a month of no update I contacted the merchant via the website inquiring about the order status. There was no response from the merchant. I also called the merchant and left a message and never received a call back. At this point, over 9 months later, having attempted multiple times to contact the merchant by message, email and phone, and being too late to get a refund from Paypal I am reaching out to BBB to see if I can either get the items I paid for or get a refund.
