    Would have given zero stars if allowed. Purchased some ZERO paints on 2/7/24, nothing on website stated that items were out of stock. Sent an email requesting tracking info on 2/10/24. Received a response telling me most of my order was on backorder and it would be coming in is a couple of weeks. I waited 2+ weeks and sent an email on 2/25 requesting an update. No response. Waited another week, then opened a claim with PayPal, and they didn't receive a response either. It wasn't until I sent an email requesting a refund, in a not so polite way, that I received a response. I was told I'd get a refund and to never order from them again, I'm OK with that.... horrible business, no communication, and selling stuff that they don't even have in stock and making you sit and wait months for it to come in....

    Order placed on 11/29/22 for an item I thought was in stock. Immediately got an email saying it was on backorder. Thought okay no worries I can wait.
    Asked for update on 1/13/23 and received a reply from Matt saying he had some coming in the following week and world ship. Never heard anything.
    Asked 1/24/23 if they came in, no reply.
    Asked 1/27/23 again...no reply.
    Sending another email then contacting the better business bureau here in New Hampshire where this company is supposedly located. Wish I'd done some research on this guy first because he has a horrible reputation. Buyer beware!
