  I never write bad reviews, but had to for this one. I will make this concise and to the point. Pretty much a scumbag Contractor. Took my hard earned money and did almost no work. Then declared bankruptcy and stopped all communication with me. The five star reviews on ****** are definitely fraudulent. The reason I know they are fake is because he uses either stock photos or photos from other projects for them. As a matter of fact, one of the fake five star reviews are photos of my own property ??. I took a screen shot and attached the side-by-side photos on my ****** review just so you could see. Anyways, please dont trust this guy

  We hired Sand Castle Construction to build a stone wall in our front yard. The wall far exceeds our expectations. It looks like it has always been in our yard - that's how perfectly it fits in there. We have already received about half a dozen compliments from neighbors and passer-bys. The owner, ***, is a consumate professional and takes a great deal of pride in his work. His communication was excellent. He checked in with us at every step of the process. The work started within a few days of us hiring his company and finished about a week later. The workers were very polite, diligent, and extremely neat - no mess was left in our yard.We couldn't be happier with the entire process, the more than reasonable price and the stellar finished project. We highly recommend Sand Castle Construction.

  Absolutely impressed with the craftsmanship and professionalism of this hardscape construction company! The owner's decades of experience shine through in every design idea and execution. From start to finish, the project was handled with precision and care. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch hardscaping expertise!

  Sand Castle Construction and Hardscape and the owner ******************* is professional, honest and hard working along with his employees. From the first phone call to the quote all the way through the project and then clean, their job was done over and above. Our walkway to our back yard oasis came out better than we could have imagined. **** knowledge in this field is one that can not matched. Well worth the time spent designing our dream back yard and spending the extra bit of money to have the best company come out and do the work. *** and his employees will not disappoint you on their workmanship professionalism and dedication to their jobs.

  As with everything since covid, scheduling was a bit rough to get the project started but once the crew started, it was great. We had a large new deck, new entranceway with porch, siding, and hardscape done. Pretty much a whole house makeover. The finished product is outstanding. The construction crew exceeded expectations and Ian stood behind his word until the project was 110% to our satisfaction.

  We selected Sand Castle Construction because of their A+ rating on bbb.org. We engaged them in September, 2022 hoping for completion in June or July of 2023, based on reviews and a fair price offered. We were pleasantly surprised when they came in April, 2023 to begin excavation for the installation of a patio and walkway. The excavation crew worked hard, digging everything without heavy equipment, were polite, professional, with minimal disruption. Communication after this was scant, and for awhile I was worried that this was a scam. However, when the crew finally came in September, they did an EXCELLENT job- a large crew completed the work in one week, the patio and walkway are beautiful, they cleaned up our lawn, re-seeded and now we are very happy. For a fair price and excellent craftsmanship, I would recommend them, but warn you that you may have to wait for the job to be completed (I have had similar delays with other contractors these days.)

  Absolutely beautiful. I can’t believe the transformation Ian and his crew did on our driveway, back and front yard. While we knew when signing the work would start in about 6 weeks, it was worth the wait. The pre work started when scheduled as did the hard scape. Ian checked the work daily and stayed in touch. We had other companies come over and talk to us .none of them could have touched the craftsmanship and end results. I would highly recommend Sand Castle hardscape for any project you are considering

  Ian and his crews from Sand Castle were superb! We had our entire yard redone with deck, patios, walkways, outdoor shower, lawn and irrigation system. Every item had a special team… every team was dedicated, professional and excellent at their craft. Their respect of our needs was amazing! Ian was a constant presence to be sure our needs and expectations were met. I’d use you again in a heartbeat. Great job to all! **

  After paying more than half of the agreed upon price, we waited and waited and waited for the project to begin around the agreed upon start date with no communication from Ian unless we initiated it. No updates were forthcoming.I have never dealt with a more rude and arrogant contractor. His workers were polite and hard working. They did a great job in restoring the lawn after the project was finally completed. I cannot in good conscience recommend this contractor.

  Had a backyard makeover done by Sandcastle at Seabrook Beach. Ian created a great design to fit the space and his team executed the plan with highly skilled workmanship. Ian paid great attention to detail and went above and beyond to insure the job was completed properly.
