  We signed a contract for a multi-faceted project with Sandcastle in the summer of 2021. Covid was very much still a factor disrupting material availability, etc. This, along with us changing material choices several times, pushed our schedule out. We had two decks to rebuild, retaining walls to build and veneer, an old paver patio to renovate, multiple granite steps/walkway to install and an asphalt driveway to demo and install permeable pavers on. In spite of all the issues, Ian kept his word and pushed through it to deliver fabulous results. The workmanship is second to none. We are looking forward to relaxing in the beautiful outdoor living space that Sandcastle has created. If you have an outdoor project to do, look no further - Ian is your man.

  We contracted Sand Castle to replace our aged driveway.. The team did an amazing job. The quality was beyond what we expected. The owner and his whole team were great to work with, and very professional. The owner showed us various jobs he did so we could decide on the pavers we wanted for our project. In todays climate, trying to get any type of labor is so difficult. While it took time, once started, the work was coordinated so that there were no delays and kept the work flowing so that it was completed in the timeframe the owner gave to us. We highly recommend Sand Castle for your stone work and decks.

  In these terrible times for decreased supply, increased material costs and lack of workers I understand how people get frustrated. Ian can be a hot head but the finished product is beautiful. I love my driveway.

  My husband and I recently hired Sand Castle Hardscapes in the fall of 2021 to install a 1900 square foot patio around the pool we were having installed in our backyard. The owner, Ian Ramage came to our home to meet with us and discuss the details of the project. Ian was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. When spring came and it was time to begin the project Ian was in frequent contact with us to update us on the progress of the project. The crew that he assigned to our project was fantastic. They were all hard working and extremely talented. When the project was complete we could not have been happier with the results. It looks amazing!!! Thank you Sand Castle for a job well done!!!   Our project consisted of wall work, parking area pavers, masonry, pressure cleaning, as well as a granite mail post and lamp post. From initial design input through the final install of some greenery the project went perfectly. The job continued through days hovering near zero and even days requiring snow removal. They know their business and perform expertly! Thanks to everyone involved!!
