    I hired Ray B****** to install a new fence with concreted posts in October 2022. I paid $3987.00 for the installation and removal of the old fence. In January 2023, I messaged Ray through Facebook to inform him that the fence was falling over and had broken posts. He agreed to fix these in the Spring. I ran into Ray at a local restaurant twice since the message in January, and he confirmed that he would be by to fix the fence. On March 24th, he messaged me that he would be by on Tuesday, March 28th to fix the posts. He never showed up. I had to hire someone else to fix the fence for $1420. This person informed me that there was not concrete in any of the 9 posts! I messaged Ray and sent him pictures. I requested that he pay me the $1420 that I had to pay to correct the fence which was in a message sent on April 13th. I have not received a response since then.

    Seal Kings Owner Ray took a $2,5000 deposit from me to start a landscaping/paving job in July. Ray never showed up and never started any work at the property. I tracked him down and he returned $1,500 with the promise that he would return the remaining balance of $1,000 within the next 2 weeks. He never returned the $1,000 balance and will not respond to calls or texts.

    I hired the The Seal Kings to remove retaining wall and to replace with new wall block and granite steps. The job was supposed to start on August 18, 2022. After the wall was completed, they were going to install a new driveway. I gave him $4,000 for deposit on wall to purchase block and rip out old wall. I also gave him $2,000 for the paving of the driveway. After several weeks of trying to call and text Ray the owner of The Seal Kings he finally showed up to the house. Ray had 1 other employee with him and the machine they had was to small to take down the wall. The machine sat in my drive way for 2 days idle. Ray said they were waiting for a jack hammer. Ray showed up on Friday took the machine and I didn't see him for another week. Ray kept telling me coming tomorrow, coming tomorrow and wouldn't show up. I would call and text every day, with not 1 phone call returned he would always text telling me to relax his coming. Now we are into the end of September almost October and I had very little work completed. Ray rented a electric jack hammer that was not big enough to take down concrete wall. After 3 days of no work i attempted to use the hammer and noticed the struggle. Ray finally rented a machine big enough to take down partial wall. He left and I noticed he left key in machine. I took the wall down myself and placed in driveway. It sat there almost 2 weeks. I kept calling. Finally after Columbus Day Weekend he showed up and finished clean up and took wall, said he would be back Monday. I didnt see for him again until Oct.27 were he showed up at 3:30 in afternoon dumbed a little stone put fabric in through stone on top no leveling and left. We will be back tomorrow to install. That was the last I've seen of him. Everytime I call he doesn't answer and can't leave voicemail. I've text and his response is coming tomorrow relax and shut up I'll finish job. I've asked several times for my deposit back I'll find someone else, he ignores me

    Scammed! The job: patio pavers, walkway, retaining wall, and veneer walls. Patio was done, retaining wall incomplete as a result of a broken block being installed, veneer halfway done. Money Taken! DO NOT HIRE! Ray is an artist—a scam artist. SEAL KINGS are not who or what they claim to be. Ray starts a job, takes your money, and never comes back. I have over a month of correspondence, which is full of lies and empty promises. Our contract was to be completed by June 11, and is still not done. Ray will give loads of excuses why he “NO SHOWED” on a scheduled day. A few examples of excuses given: Truck issues, staffing issues, bad back, court appointment, the list goes on. He preaches about being a good guy and reels you in. I now doubt anything that he has ever told me. Do not fall prey to this trap. They were hired to do a hardscaping job and never came back to complete. I have been blocked from all things Seal Kings on facebook and so I will find other avenues to save people the heartache of losing money.

    I hired Ray B****** to do a patio. He took my money, showed up and dug up my yard and never came back only offering lies and excuses. I have the entire conversation recorded in writing and attached other than when he screened my phone call. I had my wife call him and he answered right away saying material would show up that day. There are multiple complaints about him here on BBB.
