  I found **** on ******** at that point he was using the name SK. I told him what I wanted and he gave me a quote wanting 50% down and the rest when the job was complete. I have all signed agreements. I gave him the deposit and he was three months late on starting the job as promised. Through the entire process he asked for more money for personal needs, which reluctantly I gave him. I was having several projects done at the same time by him and he constantly was asking for more money, At one point I did add more work to the job so at that point I did pay for the additional work plus for his personal need. He had not completed the job yet he was still looking for more money and telling me he would give me free stuff if I paid him in full. I declined his offer and he just couldn't believe why. At this point I no longer trusted him as he was working a few hours day and leaving. Sometimes he would come back late and work another hour. He has promised me a free garden area. One day he was screaming I was not going to pay him and I don't have the money. This caused me much embarrassment with my neighbors, He sprayed paint all over my lawn. Never completed the job. I paid him in full what was in original work order agreed upon both of us. i found him to be somewhat dangerous and hostile. threatened me that he would rip out everything he did. The job was not complete at this time and he was demanding money to fulfil his payroll. When I declined to pay anymore until the job was 100% done. He became irrational and I was somewhat feeling threatened and unsafe. He is not trustworthy at all. And can become very irrational.

  I read all of the reviews and complaints about Raymond B****** AL TRUE ,EXACTLY WHAT THAT *** DOES HES A ******* SCAM ARTIST AND DESERVES WHATEVER HE GETS

  The Seal Kings and owner Ray B****** are the biggest scam artist I know. I have a signed contract for them to take down retaining wall and replace with a new one, then remove driveway and pave. They have take thousands of dollars from me for a deposit to start job and purchase materials. Ray showed up two weeks late from signed contract date and stayed less than 4 hours. He destroyed my property in the process of taking down the retaining wall. That was almost 4 weeks ago and he has not been back since. I've called and called with no response. Ray B****** will message you back telling you he is on the way and never show up or give you a millions excuses that his employees are not showing up to work or the fact that he and his wife ***** ******* owner of ****** ********* *** are getting a divorce and that he is moving her out. After several weeks of excuses I started digging into Ray B****** and his business to find out I'm not the only victim out there. He claims that he is a Army Vet and that he would never scam another vet. How do people like Ray and ***** ******* get away from taking money from hard working Americans and not come back to finish the job. What recourse do we have. I've asked him for the materials to be dropped off that he said he has purchased for the project and he keeps refusing. Please help me stop people like Ray and ***** ******* from screwing other people. How do you look your neighbors and and fellow vets in the eye and say Hi, when your a con artist. They should be thrown in jail. Spread the word to stay away from The Seal Kings and ****** ********* *** they will only STEAL your money.
