    Placed order, received double the order. Attempted contact twice, no replies to either.Their site would not allow my disapproval in the review.Not Good !

    Buyer beware. Zero communication. I placed an order with ****** to be transferred to my local store. The order was delayed and I could not contact them at all (see below). When it finally did arrive there was absolutely zero information sent with it to connect it to me, or anything else for that matter. My local store attempted to contact them (since they were the shippers) via email and phone, their email inbox was full and voicemails have never received a call back. Luckily I was keeping in touch with the local store so we figured out that my order had come in, but of if I had stuck to the process set forth by ************* they would have simply destroyed the firearmMyself and my local contact have still not been able to speak to anyone from Vizard at all (it has been 3 weeks since my order and my first attempted contact)

    Complete scumballs!Buy at your own risk.Ordered 10 boxes and quickly received 7 full boxes and 1 partial. They looked old and dirty. No inner packing to support the boxes. The outer box looked like someone sat on it - but it was still completely sealed.When I complained, the owner(?) said to send photos and he'd file a claim with Fed Ex - passing the buck. It wasn't Fed Ex's fault.I asked for a partial refund, no reply from him.

    Ordered a case from them very late Monday, and I didn't get a shipping label from them so I went to check the reviews here and saw a lot of 1/5 stars. Immediately I got upset and was going to file a dispute on my card the following day. Later that night I got an email from Vizards with the shipping - was still skeptical that I'd receive it (because of the reviews here), and this morning at 10AM I got the package. Very fast shipping, received the package in excellent condition with all items checked and accounted for, and the price that I got was the best I could find locally/online. Very pleased with the result, seems like they corrected whatever the problem was.

    No stars should be allowed, I really wish I would have read reviews on this so called company. No communication or tracking, had to have card company involved, they send half the order and I have no idea when other half is coming. What they sent looks old, boxes taped and torn all rounds were loose. I have never ever had an awful experience such as this. Stay far away, you have been warned. This place shouldn't be doing business, they're bad at it.

    I bought a gun from them on GunBroker. They said it would ship in 1-3 business days. After over a week, I still hadn't heard from them so I reached out to ask if there was anything they still needed from me. Heard nothing for another 4 days after which they said it would ship in 1-2 days. A few days later they said they wouldn't ship my gun to the FFL I had chosen because he was a residential FFL dealer and had no store front. All of this was false and none of it was mentioned in the sale details. I asked for a couple days to find another FFL that would meet their criteria. They canceled my sale less than 24 hours after I asked this and relisted the gun for $80 more. it is clear that they decided they could get more money for the gun so they made up a reason to not fulfill their end of our deal. Very shady business practice. I would avoid them at all costs.

    Can't get anyone on the phone for a week, voice-mail was full and not accepting messages. Now they want to charge me 15% for an order they did not fulfill. They didn't start processing it, I would know because I'm the FFL, they didn't even know they had ffl info for a whole week to even start processing order. Now they want to charge cancelation for an item they probably didn't have in stock.

    I have made several purchases from Vizards, mosr recent was bulk 22, when it came in my wife saw the invoice and said that was a great deal, and I ordered the same amount again. Love this company

    This company is a complete scam. I placed an order for a firearm listed as in stock on June 20th. Their website advertises in stock items ship out within 3 days. Almost a month went by and the firearm never shipped out. Simply getting someone on the phone is a chore. When I finally did I was reassured it was shipping out by end of week, then the goal post got moved another week, then I was told "oh our warehouse was closed for a whole week, it should be shipped out Monday", I waited until the following Friday and still nothing. I was finally told I can either keep waiting or they can cancel the item so I opted to cancel it and order the same gun from a local retailer. Several weeks go by and they never refunded my credit card despite me calling them multiple times for a status. I opened a dispute with the credit card company and now they are trying to charge me a 15% restocking fee on an item they never shipped to me and which was likely not actually in stock. I wish I saw the multiple other negative reviews about this exact business practice prior to placing my order. This has been nothing but a $1200 headache for 2 months now.
