    Due to very pour customer service and feedback I canceled my order. Vizards will not answer phone or email me with confirmation. Have called & emailed several times. At this point, if they charge my account, I will stop payment . Good luck if you buy from them.

    I ordered a Henry rifle from them $1849. They said it would ship within 10 business days. Three weeks later I got an e-mail stating it would ship in a week, obviously they did not have it in stock as advertised. The said I could cancel the order if I didnt want to wait, I cancelled the order. The next day the rifle was listed for sale, and listed as IN STOCK for $200 more. I dont like dealing with liars. And I will never deal with them again.

    We have already discussed this order. You placed an order and did a credit card dispute after you received your $362.48 in reloading powder. merchandise. We have proof from ups that your package shipped 12-8-22 and you already signed directly for the package. As stated previously, all reloading powder is hazmat and has to ship GROUND. You already have the merchandise. We will be dealing with the credit card company directly for our money that you owe.

    I was shorted an order from them - and was unable to get a reply - when I finally did they hit me with a myriad of lies:
    they supposedly emailed me - never happened - no emails on the server from them until today - even if it had gone to a folder - it would have remained on the server - no such thing is there.
    They left repeated voice mails on my phone - only issue - I have no phone - ergo there can be no voice mails - and I can prove that - it was once again a lie
    Then they have transcripts of chats that they supposedly sent me - but after the first chat - I stopped that chat due to where they were headed - and the second chat simply reviewed the information they lied about giving me before - I have my own transcripts of those chats - they never sent me any.
    I now see that I am not alone - there seems to be a common thread.
    They are fixated on the FedEx stealing the missing box of shells - I'm next going to FedEx about this - as it has become obvious to me they are pulling crap.
    Do not trust them - integrity is not their thing.

    I had to contact them - they never contacted me - that is a lie
    When I first opened the box that the order was sent in - the box was sealed - I can tell you conclusively that the box had not been opened - not by anyone before me - so they wanted a picture - but duh! by then I had opened the box - and I've been around the block a few times - the box had never been resealed - it was in perfect condition - but they jumped on it immediately - that it had to have been FedEx at fault - total ******** - they had shorted my order one box of shells and somehow wanted the shipper to cover the missing box - but if you had seen how pristine that box was when it arrived here - and there was exactly one box short and the only option they presented quite vehemently was that FedEx was at fault - but I'm telling you - that is the one thing I'm certain of - there is absolutely no way that can be the case - they jumped on it without hesitation - as though it were scripted - plus it was the only scenario even offered - they insisted on it - they were obviously scamming FedEx - I'll never be back - I can no longer trust them - and it appears as though I'm not alone.

    WORST customer service experience I have ever had. I had an issue with receiving the wrong items and emailed them. They bluntly said it was basically my problem. I called customer support to talk about it. I told them I had an issue and my order number and got put on hold. They never got back on the line and now will not even answer my calls. They do not deserve the 1 star I have to give them. There is no way they have repeat customers. TERRIBLE!

    Thank you for your message. As stated via telephone and email, we shipped the correct items in full. You ordered floor plates for the Beretta mag for $1.98 and that's what was shipped. The description states it is a floor plate. As stated previously, you can not purchase brand new manufacturer Beretta Magazines for $1.98. We have responded to all your emails and calls. This order has been delivered correctly. You placed the order 9-11-22 and we shipped 9-12-22. It was delivered with fedex.com ************  on 9-15-22.

    From what I have seen on a lot of their bad feedback Vizard's gets. They will try to sound professional and caring. I have never seen so many people go out of their way to explain the terrible service they got. I only wish I had looked before my experience. I only created this account because I was so shocked by my experience. They did not respond to all of my emails. I never got the chance to talk to anyone on the phone after giving my order number. and put on hold. I have a screenshot of the item page before it was updated. "APX Carry 9mm Luger 5 Rd Stainless Steel". WHY would it state item as 5 rounds and stainless if all it was is a plastic floor plate? EVEN if it was my mistake the complaint is because you were COMPLETELY unwilling to talk about it to try to resolve the issue. They will obviously lie about their actions also. As stated before - TERRIBLE service. MINUS 5 stars.
