****** Dealer drags things out so out of state car registration is late and slips back in stupid charges after they make you wait hours and hours for paperwork. The engine on my daughter's car blew and she was rushed to purchase a new car. Planet Honda had a 2015 CR-V at a good price so we went to purchase. She was told she'd be given $2,500 for her old car (a 2010 CR-V with NO rust, clean body and interior and new tires on alloy rims). We arrived at 1pm on a Saturday and the negotiations began. Agreed upon a price for the car, but it comes in $1,153 more for an "options" package ($595) we didn't ask for (pin striping, window tinting, etc. Then they added the "etched glass" protection and nitrogen in the tires for $558 more. We declined all but the nitrogen ($169). Now however, the trade-in was only worth $***** because they hadn't looked at it in details (except they had already given her a quote to repair it). Six hours later we are still waiting for financing. They are dealer-dragging. We get into the finance office and it's *****MPH. Again, we decline protection, extended warranty, etc. Every single time the finance manager has us sign, it's on an iPad and we've scrolled to the signing lines. The "additional fees" are back as small print lines and blended in with other fees. Let's just say there was another $1,257 in fees that appeared on a scrolled by line six hours later in the day. Slipped by the goalie. Yeah, we mighta caught it, but this is the dealer-scam: make you wait so long, you'll sign anything to leave. Finally, they took more from my daughter to pay off her old car loan than they sent. THEY KEPT THE DIFFERENCE! Pure theft right here.We purchased the car in **, but live in **. It's been 9 days now and no registration. We can't inspect the car in ** (which you have 7 days to do) because of this. Just a heads up, pay attention with this dealer as they drag things out and make it difficult for you.

Purchasing a vehicle at Planet Honda with ***** Z was a pleasure. Then they sold my ************ number to a third party warrantee database. I am still getting calls 3 months later. The warrantee companies are aggressive, rude and will not honor my request to be removed from their list. Brutal.

OK experience. Sales person was great. But 3 complaints:1. The aggressive approach to try to convince me to use Honda financing was very unpalatable, even after I told the sales person that I WAS NOT interested I was still approached by the sales manager. TWICE! I almost walked out I was so ****** OFF. Cant wait to pick up my car and get pressured by the person completing the sale to try to get me to buy extended warranty or protection for my rims etc... even after I say I'm not interested.2. No One would answer their phone in the sales department. I had to go thru another department to get someone to talk to. And the computer answering the phone was a very negative experience. After Spending 24K on I car I expect to talk to a human being when I call. And because I could not get thru to the person I needed to, I could not schedule the closing with my bank. This required me to extend my rental over the weekend at my own expense!3. Price was not as advertised. On line was 22K, I get there and am told an extra $2K for stripes and window etch. I wanted neither but had to pay the extra. Thing is, they add stripes and with etch to every new car, I can't prove it but i believe that they are charging customers every time they resale a vehicle. Never going back.

Typical bait sand switch to get you into the dealership. We saw a 2011 ****** Prius advertised on CarFax for $6998, my daughter went to look at the car and test drive it. They had he fill out papers which they said, just sign them there is no problems, when she got to the final document the car had changed in price to $8151 and they said there was a disclaimer somewhere in the ad for service work performed. I have looked over the CarFax information and see work was performed but no mention of an added price.

Complete racket! STAY AWAY!!! EVERYTHING others have reported and then some..They reported false information to Carfax about repairs they performed on the vehicle I bought They hid charges they added on for factory add-ons, advertised online at ****** and change, out the door before any interest on the loan over $20,000 To say it was a horrible experience is an understatement

How dissatisfied I am with the whole sales process handled by your firm. There was a ‘bait and switch’, a charge for something Online that was not on the car we purchased, a billing for products already installed and billed to the previous owner, and a poorly informed sale of an insurance policy.
    1) Bait and switch. We found the car we wanted online, visited your lot and test drove that car. It came equipped with a trailer towing package. We came back the next day and while the color and model of the car was the same, it was not the same car we test drove and agreed on. The car presented to us did not have the tow package was not the one represented on the website.
2)In working on the deal, your firm tried to charge me over $1,700 to install a tow package. After much back and forth we finally agreed to pay ½ the installation charge. (for something that was on the original car and part of the original sales quote!)
    3) When the final bill came, the Website advertised price of 28,290 somehow changed to $34,033. You charged us for ‘Appearance package’? of $695.00, an Admin fee of $699.00, ‘Safe & Secure System’ of $389.00 and ‘Nitrogen Protection’ of $169.00 (What the hell is that?) All these items were already installed and paid for by the original owner.
4)sold us an ETHOS car coverage Insurance package. This ‘sales pitch’ implied that this was affiliated with Honda. We traveled to Florida local Honda dealer, we found out that this was not the case. In Fact, the 100% coverage for repairs is not true, if you do not go to a Honda dealer who subscribes to that service. nearest Honda dealer is 3 miles, but the nearest Honda dealer who subscribes to ETHOS Insurance is 75 Miles away.
5)To our dismay, the following day when we drove the car in sunlight, we found a ‘star’ in the center of the windshield. not recorded by the dealer in its ‘Inspection!
Never felt more dissatisfied with a deal and dealer as I have with Planet Honda. Do not buy from them~

listed internet price is misleading . I understand dealer prep fees , taxes etc, but they tacked on $1400 for appearance package saying they added floor mats and pinstriping . Floor mats were obviously from previous owner not new and pinstriping was just thin vinyl tape- Was supposed to deduct $1000 off for me but somehow it did not get taken off the final deal and my fault for not noticing it . . They gave me rough condition$3000 trade in value on my car which I accepted as I knew everything that was wrong with it . Broken AC condenser , leaking sunroof , would not pass inspection due to severely rusted out rocker panels ,service airbag light on etc. Just 2 days later they are advertising this car for sale at over $10,000 . If they put an inspection sticker on this for the new owner without replacing the rocker panels , they should be reported to the state. Salesman was friendly and finance very good , but feel their sale tactics are very suspect . I would not recommend purchasing from them.

I booked an appointment for used car inspection prior to potentially buying a Honda CRV from a private party. I spoke with Plant Honda many times prior to the appointmet for clarity of what it would be done for $152.00. They said it would take an hour. It was done in less than 30 minutes. I asked if it was taken for a test drive. I was told yes. I got the report. Paid the seller in the parking lot. When I took the CRV home on the highway it has a terrible shake... I couldn't believe it. I would NOT have bought it knowing how bad it shakes. So I called Planet Honda and they said they would get back to me. NOPE...Now I have an appointment near me to diagnose the problem. I'm an older lady on a fixed income. I would like a portion of my money back!!

Non-trustworthy. PERIOD. Went in to possibly purchase a 2023 Pilot. They didn't have what I wanted but I looked at a different Pilot. Had them look at one of my trade-ins. After a long time, they finally gave me a price for it. Wasn't crazy about the price but I still had a different trade to bring in. The salesman, Mike, was busy but I was grateful that he was at least not ignoring us like the others. Then, we sat there for hours with no feedback. Looked like they all just kept talking. I just wanted to leave but I didn't want to leave if they were in the middle of discussing anything. At the end, Mike mentioned that the numbers were all dependent on my bringing in the other trade the next day. No problem. Are we done now? Nothing. One of the other guys at the desk then tells him to just "take my deposit" and let me go home. What does that mean? They BOTH said it's refundable and I won't lose the $500 but that it's just to hold the car. I paid and left. I decided overnight that I didn't want the deal, so I called the next morning and let them know. Well, now I have been calling and leaving messages for the past 3 weeks and no one is getting back to me to return my deposit. I have even SPOKEN with people who keep pinning me off on other people "who can help me" and I get no response from my voice mail messages. That's $500 that I needed to put toward a different car that I couldn't! NEVER going there again if they can't simply return my call and then my money. NOT ok. AT ALL. I'll be going to small claims pretty soon if I continue to not get anywhere with them.
