    We bought a new 2024 Flagstaff travel trailer at Cold Springs RV. During our first weeklong stay at ************ with our brand-new camper, there was an hour-long light rain, and our awning tore off the side of the camper. We have been camping for 10 years so we knew enough to tilt one side of the awning during set-up to let any dew or rain runoff. Also, during this trip, when I opened the freezer door (at the top) it fell off and landed on the floor. It dented and tore the floor. We already had an appointment for a recall on the cooling system for the refrigerator and to fix a shade that was not working properly. Not to mention the curtain rod s**** that was already pulling away from the wall, allowing the curtain to flop around. Cold Springs agreed to fix the refrigerator, floor, and shade but refuses to fix the awning. I believe they do not want to fix it because when we called, we said it was raining when the awning tore off. We did not state that it was a LIGHT rain. We were camping with all our relatives (family reunion), and everyone left their awning up during this hour-long light rain. No other camper had any trouble except ours. Cold Springs told us to go through our insurance company to get the awning paid for. However, we think this is bad business! Our insurance company should not have to pay for a brand-new awning that was literally rained on, the first time we used it. Our last camper, a Passport Ultra-light had an awning 10 years old, was left open during light rain and never gave us a problem. We gave this company $45.000 of our hard-earned money and expected them to keep their word on the warranty. Now they are trying to "wiggle their way" out of paying for an awning that was obviously defective. Honestly, it feels like we bought a lemon. The awning, refrigerator, floor, shade, and curtain all "broke" on our first trip out. Thank you for helping us with this problem, we only want our awing fixed. We need to winterize our camper

    purchased an rv april 28th had it delivered on may 21st first weekend went to use it waterleaking under walls in hallway and bedroom and leaking under rv had to put towels down against walls on floor; the circuit breaker in bathroom keeps popping have no power on left side of camper and exterior for outlets ive called several times spoke with ****** a service girl there requesting some help also left my phone number to have service manager to call me to try and get resolved never has called back. this past weekend put out awning 2 minutes later heard bang on side of awning came down i called again the next day spoke with ****** again told her what was going on asked for manager she put me on hold for 2 minutes she picked back up said she will transfer me to him went right to voicemail i left a message; i called back spoke with sales manager explained everything he said he would send me his email information so i could respond he never did i still have not heard from them.i had water leak fixed i paid for that still have no power i check awning set s**** was never tightened on awning needs a new arm i ordered that it is just hanging down now.i am not asking for anything special just want it fixed and reimbursed for what i paid for
