    I had bought a 2023 ***************** 2 years ago now and since day one I have had nothing but issues. When we did our walk through the lady who works in service said they were ordering a back panel to the screen you level out the legs with well that still has not happened. They came in July finally to replace the the wire harness system, well the guy did not do it correctly and he broke something and hid it underneath things. The center console I have been waiting to be replaced and they still have not done anything with that just ask for the same pictures as the threading was not sturdy and came apart. The pullout couch I reported as well with the seems coming apart and now has a big rip in it and the backing of it fell through (they were to replace this as well) I dropped it off to get my fridge replaced, they broke the screen door and stripped a s**** in the window still have not fixed and they replaced the inside door to one of the rooms that took forever yet they drilled in the wrong spot and messed up the door frame. The trim in here is still coming off and they were to fix that when they had it in July and told me they did well they lied again and did not fix it. Told them about the mold and my water pump and some of the openings that should not be there and they refuse to do anything just make excuses. I live in this full time with my kid and they want me to drop it off when they feel instead of coming out like theyve told me they would do. Ive spoke to the manager and he tells me hed handle it yet doesnt and when I try to call I have to leave messages and they refuse to call me back. Im paying all this money for a pice of s*** that they only cared about getting a sale to help there pockets. I would never recommend these people there horrible and dont care about the customers. Its all under warranty and yet they dont care one bit.
