      Should be rated "Zero" Stars. Took money and ran. Seeking restitution.

      Do not hire this company! They:
      Demand 80% up front payment.
      Failure to show up when promised.
      Poor to no communication.
      Left the job unfinished.
      Left the customer having to pay extra to have the Bull Bag dumpster bag removed.

      They are a scam! After you sign a contract and give them 80%, they demo, do some work, then it’s like pulling teeth to get them to come back and do the work. Almost all of the work done, didn’t pass inspection. Then we had to wait weeks to get what was wrong fixed, reinspected, and them start the next phase. We were told it would take about 1 1/2 wks to get it done. We signed the initial contract 4/26/22. The work is about 50% done. Last time they were out was 7/25/22. They never return calls, emails, or let you know when someone is coming out to work. I had to demand they drag their trash out. The took what was bagged and left all the cut offs all over my driveway. They measured for gutters, they’ve never been delivered, to be installed. I’ve never had such awful service.

      They started out great with communication until they received my deposit. I had to keep reaching out to them about start date. Original start date 6/20/2022, never started until 6/28/2022. Little to no communication. The first week their employees had to borrow my tools and equipment. They left debris for 2 weeks in my yard, even when repeatedly asked when it would be removed. Only did a fraction of the work they were suppose to do on my house and the work they did do was poor quality. Bent framing around my windows when removing siding.
      On 7/28/2022 I noticed company phone numbers have been disconnected. No one is answering the owner phone number that I have have. His last response to me was on 7/28/202. I have repeatedly have ask for proof that materials have been ordered and no response. They also sent me a second invoice for something that should have been part of the original quote. I will not pay until they show me proof of material purchased in my deposit.
      Recent reviews have popped up that they have done this to other people since June. Takes the money and doesn't complete the job.
      Do not trust this company or these people. Please file your complaints. it is not right for them to take money and not complete the job. .
