      I purchased a new TORO mower recycler gas 22" from your store, Cyr Lumber & Home Center - ******, ***************************************************************************** 5/19/2023. (A copy of the voucher is attached.) Cost: $449.00. The mower had a two-year warrantee. Since I had an old mower that was about to fail, I did not use the new one until July 2024. It started and ran for 3 minutes and then quit. I would not start. I took the mower back to where I bought it in ******. They told me they did not service those mowers and told me to go to M & B Tractor & Equipment at *************************************************** for service. M & B said the mower has spun a crank bearing and has no oil. It would need a motor replacement. Cost of diagnosis: $35.70. They could not fix it. I took the mower back to Cyr Lumber and they said it could not be fixed and I was at fault for trying to run it with no oil. I said the mower was out of the box on display with gasoline in it but had no sign saying it needed oil. It should have had oil in it and been ready to run. I expect replacement of the mower as settlement.
