      I do not know your personal affiliation with the Cyr lumber location in ******* ** but this was the only contact information that I have been able to locate. We have a problem. That is, Cyr lumber and myself (and husband). My name is ****************************************** have a problem.We purchased a Huskavarna leaf blower through the Cyr lumber store in *******, **. The machine has only worked properly for the first few months of ownership and then has not worked properly since. My husband has brought it back to this location under the warranty several times over the past year. Each time, he was assured it was working fine and just needed minor adjustments. Unfortunately, the machine continued to fail. The last time it was brought back to *** it was sent to a location. This second party has had possession of the machine for several months. ***** has been the contact person for my husband since the first problem was identified. The only assistance he will give us is that "they are waiting for a part". He refuses to call them to determine what part they are needing, when the part will be available, and refuses to contact the manufacturer on our behalf. In fact, over the last few interactions ***** has become testy and rude.We have contacted the manufacturer independently but they are asking questions we cannot answer including what the current machine statusis. . At this point, I am asking that you act on behalf of Cyr lumber to solve this dilemma.1. Repair the machine so that it functions properly and extend the warranty to cover the 6-9 months we have not been able to use it.or2. Replace the machine with another one of equal value at no charge to us

      What a great experience! Every step of the way on time and as promised.
      Our experience started with Karyssa who helped us decide on which materials to use to replace a shower stall in the master bedroom bath. Then came Janelle and Alexis and their coordination with the installers. What we can say is that everyone exceeded our expectations.
      We were given a start date that was met. For each step of the project, we received an email as to which part of the job was going to be done and when. It didn't matter whether the worker was from Cyr or an outside contractor. Every step of the project was completed in a timely manner by professionals in their field.
      Throughout the project the bathroom was kept neat, clean and tidy as well as anywhere the workmen had to walk. Before the project began, a protective covering was placed on all the floors that were going to be walked on.
      For any future project that we might have, we will not hesitate to contact Cyr Kitchen & Bath.
