      I placed an order 12/23/2024 on the website. I never received the item. I reached out to CapSwag several times with no response. I’m at a loss and would appreciate a response and a refund.

      I placed an order on May 19, 2024 and haven't received it yet. I've reached out via text, email and phone and no response. I googled several numbers and they are not in service or the line is busy. However, I was able to reach one of the store associates at one of the locations on June 20, I told her everything and she said that unfortunately they don't handle online orders and she took my name and phone number. I still haven't heard anything from anyone. I've ordered from the site before and I have never had this issue. I definitely would like a refund on my purchase and definitely would not shop here again.
