      They took my money and sent confirmation of my order in November. Have not received my order and no response from multiple emails, phone number is not working. Do not order from this company!

      Im giving them one star because I ordered a backpack from them for 100 dollars and then i paid a extra *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** a rush to get your items then sure order from them but you are in a rush like me then STAY AWAY FROM THEM whoever runs that business needs to learn how to run it right because this is just frustrating and unacceptable

      Reached out to them to only be ignored after spending $19.95 to be an elite member and never receive any of the perks advertised with being an elite member. Fool me once shame on you not sticking around to be fooled twice! That'll be the last $19.95 they'll ever see of my hard-earned cash! I tend to buy 3- 5 hats at a time and the price of a fitted cap keeps going higher and higher which means all that $ I'd of spent with them will just go to hatland, hatheaven, or lids anywhere else where they keep their word to their customers. Shame on you Capswag! If it sounds to good to be true.....usually is! Hold on to your $ people.

      Received my hat (well after the expected date). The quality is horrible, it looks like someone else wore it for a week and then they sent it to me. I reached out to customer service about a refund and sent pictures. I have not heard anything back about how to return for a refund.

      Hi ****,It looks like back on Thursday one of our customer service agents sent an email with a return shipping label approving a full refund, not to worry as soon as we get the item we will get you squared away and refunded in full, unfortunately BBB reviews take some time to be approved before they go live so we don't always see them before the issue is already resolved, if you have any other issues please feel free to reach out, we're happy to help

      Ive asked for an update on the tracking number they provide and for a week it still the same. **** have not received the package from sender! Ive called the cap swag and the employee said its not related to online sales and can not help. Wired since it the store cap swag that I purchase them

      Capswag had a hat that I initially hesitated on buying elsewhere, and by the time I changed my mind back and decided to purchase it, it was sold out there. I was thankful capswag had it, I live close to them so I received the hat in only two days! Thanks!!

      Ordered a hat that I had a hard time finding. They had it and I got it quickly. There was a problem with the stitching so I wanted to return the item. Took a while for customer support to get back to me but, whatever. I then returned the item. It was confirmed delivered to Capswag ten days ago. I have not received my refund nor do I get any response from customer support asking for an update. Ive emailed them four times now over the course of 7 days. Not one response. Forced to escalate on PayPal. Awful customer service.
