5 starsI gathered four estimates before selecting Green Power. Their proposal was the most competitive, taking into account both the terms and interest rate of the financing. The entire process was seamless; they provided a clear overview of each step and responded promptly to all my inquiries. After over four months of use, the solar panels have performed in line with Green Power's initial projections, which was one of my main concerns. I recommend Green Power Energy if youre considering getting solar panels. If you're unsure, request a free quote and ask your questionsthey did not pressure or try to close me. I was happy with the price of the system, but during installation, the electrician hit my water main, and caused THOUSANDS of dollars of damage. They paid me back for the water company fee, and a few dollars for the damage to my lawn (though not enough to fix it), and refused to negotiate with me on anything else. The water, which now seeps into my basement when it rains, needs to be fixed, and it destroyed a few thousand dollars of books I had in a box in the basement. They also are very slow to respond to email messages, especially when they get their final payment.

Our team worked to address the issue by covering the water company fee, the cost of water main repairs, and offering compensation for the damage. While we understand this was an unfortunate situation, we did our best to resolve it fairly.

After a horrible experience with a different company, I chose Green Power Energy to design and install a solar energy system on my roof. They were a great company to work with. They are knowledgeable, professional, and listen to their customers in order to design the right system for them. The design, permitting, interconnection, and installation process all went smooth without any issues. The installation team did a great job; they were professional, easy to work with, and installed the whole ****************** 1 day. As an engineer and building science hobbyist, I am very informed on solar energy design principles, building code and practices, and have the appropriate background to see that Green Power Energy is paying attention to the details and doing a great job. They call me 6 times a day! I have solor already. Take me off the list. Then they call me again! I think its harassment now. The guy laughed at me when I finally yelled stop calling me. I block all the different numbers that make it look local.Green Power Energy

When we decided to go solar we chose Green Power Energy and are very glad we did. ****** *** was very helpful and answered all our questions. They handled all the permits and incentive programs. When it was time to do the installation the team headed by ******* ****** and ******* worked seamlessly and completed the job in one day! I recently had solar panels installed by Green Power and I couldnt be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and highly knowledgeable. I was offered a fair price compared to the other solar companies.The consultation process was smootheverything from the cost savings to how solar energy works was explained clearly, with no pressure. The installation team was courteous and professional and the installation was quick, clean, and finished ahead of schedule.
