Everyone knows working with contractors can become a headache. So you can imagine how surprised I was when working with green power was anything but!The post sales experience with green power was phenomenal. The office staff runs like a well oiled machine. They took care of all the paperwork and logistics and kept me thoroughly updated in the process.If I had any questions or concerns they were quick to respond. When installation day came, the crew they sent were professional and worked fast! I couldnt be happier!The support didnt stop there. They continued to stay engaged to ensure all the town and utility inspections were scheduled and completed as quickly as possible.Thanks a lot green power!

We're supremely happy with GPE. *********************** is our account rep and he's exceedingly clear and honest about the entire process. He and his team are customer service at its very best! It took about 8-9 months from the contract signing until the system was installed and running and GPE took care of absolutely everything with no construction mess or hiccups. Note: the time delay is not on them there's a complicated permitting and inspections process and a tedious rigamarole with Eversource, all of which was navigated by GPE entirely with NO stress for me. Visuals are very important to me and GPE didn't just plop the panels on the roof: I had final say on the design (after reviewing the feasibility with the sunshine, of course). I have data from the app for the weeks before the system was turned on and every day (and even hour) since. During the hottest part of the summer our electric **** dropped from almost $500 to $60, and now we're producing more than we consume and generating a credit!! There's a tax rebate of $20K, cash-incentives of $2100, and my loan is $197/month, far less than the $297 monthly average of my bills. I like that I'm helping the planet, and my wallet. Go solar and use Green Power Energy to do it. There's no BS, the process is transparent, the price is right, the people are responsive and terrific, and the system is both powerful and beautiful. I had an excellent experience getting solar with Green Power Energy. They were ******************** quick to answer questions, and demonstrated throughout they had my best interests in mind.
