      If zero stars were possible then that's what it would be. My close friend is currently staying at this hotel. She left her room to go out and when she returned ALL of her belongings were GONE! Their excuse was they thought she was gone. Excuse me...... isn't there a check in-out process ?? Her belongings were put in lost and found. Medications, clothing etc. Who just leaves their belongings like that. Upon seeing personal belongings still in the room should have said to the person coming in to check and see if this CUSTOMER actually checked out. Adding insult to injury she was offered a $50 meal coupon as compensation.???????????? This is inexcusable

      Worse experience. Rude front desk. 3 days stay no room service no clean up.Even we couldnt use inside pool.We supposed to get rooms connected, we never could get it.Waste money all the way????

      Checked in Tropicana on Sunday april 9th on Tuesday April 11 we took all linens dirty and bathroom dirty towels linens and place them to the side for housekeeping we came back to our room about 3:05 and noticed housekeeping didnt clean our room . There where 2 housekeepers on 6th floor Havana tower I asked them who will be the person to clean our room neither one said they were person to do it ! I immediately called housekeeping and was told that front desk when I checked in on Sunday April 9 should of told me that I had to call early in morning for any housekeeping requests I informed housekeeping that all linens from my bed wore off the bed and placed on floor with all dirty towels and how was we were going to sleep with no linens on bed she said she would put a request in but its no guarantee if we would get linens and if so maybe hour wait for that to happen she said they stop daily housekeeping since Covid happened meantime we sitting in room with no clean bed linens my reservation number is 6LDHJ room ****

      Horribly dated and dirty rooms. The carpet was coming up, light switches broken, fridge barely worked, no wash rags, sheet didnt fit bed, view of another building, no place for two people to sit and eat, the room was making us cough our entire stay, it was just gross I could go on, but well never stay here again.

      After checking into my room I discovered that it was not in acceptable conditions. First, my refrigerator was dirty and had old food which smelled. Secondly, the sheets on bed one were stained with blood. Third, the temperature in the room was FREEZING! I tried to readjust the temperature but was not successful. I called the front desk three times before 7pm to report this issue. After the third attempt, a representative answered and said she would connect me to maintenance to report the issue. I was on hold for 45 minutes-- no one answered. I left for a 7:30pm dinner reservation and returned around 11pm to an even colder room. As cold as my room was, I should have just sleep outside with the homeless. This situation is very upsetting and unacceptable especially with having extreme cold temperatures outside. I paid for a room and expected to have heat. Since this was not the case, I am requesting a full refund for my room.

      I made a reservation for 1 night for 2 guests. My guest wanted to book an extra nights stay. He paid $139 for the extra stay as we thought but to only find out when we got back to our room the card was deactivated. So we spoke with hotels reception area and was told that the $139 was for a $100 damage deposit fee and also there was a $39 resorts which was not explained during my initial booking. I was told that it would only be a $27.99 resorts fee through ******** Tuesday deal with priceline. They removed our belongings from the room and put them on housekeeping. When I went to retrieve our belongings it was in a dumpster like bin. I checked through my things and found out my jeans, charging cords, lotion, deodorant and a small **** Bluetooth speaker were missing. We called in the police and made a report and now nobody knows whats happening. Its been 3 weeks and they are still working on the case. I never received a call from the hotel showing any concern. It was just a terrible experience.

      This hotel packs in people like cattle. You have to wait in line for elevator. The rooms are dirty and outdated. The air conditioning smells musty and was blowing cold air all night and couldnt be adjusted. I came down with strep throat and a severe upper respiratory infection a few days after my stay. Never again!!

      Where do I start? The first room I was given at the Tropicana wasn't even cleaned. The bed wasn't made, and I'm sure the linen wasn't even changed. There was leftover food in the refrigerator, a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower. The toilet was disgusting. The whole room was dusty, the vents were filthy. So then after requesting a second room, it was a little better, but still not sure of the cleaning it received. With covid and monkey pox out here, I did not trust it nor felt comfortable staying there. I called down to speak to the manager which took over 2 hours to finally get after numerous calls. Once I did the only option I was given was a $50 refund even though I wasn't even staying the night I paid for. (And I'm sure someone else was given that room for the night) Double dipping.

      I have stayed at the Tropicana the last 8 ******* and will not stay there again after this last visit. Room was gross! Called customer relations and they were no help on any reimbursement. They did not service our room for the 4 night stay and was told if they get to you they get to you if they dont oh well in its the contract! Wth I have pics of mold and paint missing everywhere and grime build up on tables and was told this was an updated room. Never again. Id rather pay a little more and stay at the Hard Rock from here on out! Bye bye Tropicana!!
