Service Cancellation
If you decide to cancel our services, please notify us in writing at least 30 business days before your next billing cycle. If we receive your cancellation notice in time, you will not be charged for the next cycle, and any advance payment for a future cycle will be refunded in full.
Quality of Service
Our refund policy is also a quality assurance tool. If you believe that the services provided have not been performed as agreed or to the standard expected, please contact us immediately. We will review your case comprehensively, and if we determine that the service was indeed substandard or not as described, we will issue a refund or credit for that portion of the service.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 45 days of the disputed service rendered. Please provide a clear and detailed explanation of your issue with the relevant service documentation. Once we receive your request, our team will evaluate the concerns raised and aim to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
Processing Refunds
Upon approval of a refund request, the refunded amount will be processed and returned to the original payment method used for the transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please allow 60-90 business days for the refund to be processed.
Non-Refundable Services
Please note that certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
• Charges for services already completed and verified by the client.
• Subscription or membership fees for the duration they have been active.
• Fees for any third-party services that have already been rendered.
Exceptions
