    My daughter was seen to be evaluated for braces. Our out of pocket expense was $1000 in which we paid up front. Since then we have relocated to ******** as of 4/1/24. My daughter is continuing her treatment in ********. I’ve called Eastern Ortho every Tuesday for over 8 weeks. I’ve called the billing department t as well at least 4 times. As of today 1/8/25 there had been no call back or resolution. We did not finish the treatment therefore the out of pocket expense is not $1000. I’ve spoken to the insurance company and they advised that I am entitled to a refund. I’m at wits end with getting any answers from Eastern Orthodontics.

    The orthodontics billing department does not return phone calls and they were suppose to refund me money in December and have not received my refund. December 18, 2023 they charged me $172.50 which is suppose to be refunded to me. The orthodontics office neglected to inform that the orthodontist left the practice. Also they no longer accept my insurance through the state. phone number ************ (*********)

     Per our Director of ********* services this patient was refunded the full amount on March 11, 2024. As for her Insurance.that is an issue with her employer as the State was the one who changed the Insurance for their employees.
