    I had a great experience with this orthodontic practice until everything changed. My daughter had her braces placed in March of 2024 and we went every 6-8 weeks for tightening. In December my daughter's appointment was abruptly canceled without warning. I called and was rescheduled over the phone for January 22nd. We show up January 22nd and are told that the orthdontist is not in the office and that they have been cancelling many of their patients visits and that an orthodontist left the practice. This is what was shared via the dental side of the office. I called ortho and was given the run around and that someone named **** would call me back. I never received a call back and now my daughter is stuck in limbo while I try to transfer to her care. I reached to another practice to take over my daughter's care and the office was able to reach Eastern Ortho, but they refused to release my daughter's records. I have already paid my out-of-pocket portion and feel like I was ripped off. To date, no one will call me back. Do your homework before picking an orthodontic practice. Even if you are going through a transition, communicate that to your customers. Terrible service.
