The Viking Pest Control technician, ***** ******, arrived yesterday on time and was professional and courteous. He asked detailed questions in order to provide a comprehensive treatment for ants. His intervention included several areas such as inside & outside porch perimeter, the brick patio and around the shed. Previous attempts to contact and schedule with Viking had left me frustrated and concerned about their customer service commitment. ***** did such a great job, he restored my faith in The Viking company. Suggestion: lose ******** the electronic assistant and make a real person available to speak to your customers!Viking Pest Control

5 stars******* *. was at my home in *********, ** on 6-3-2025 for our quarterly routine pest control treatments. He did an outstanding job of guarding out kitchen and our 2 bathrooms with the chemicals needed to deter pests (mostly ants inside our home. Then he went around the outside of our home and sprayed for all the creepy crawly insects all around our foundation and porch. He also removed webs around the sidings and gutters. He is very polite and a cheerful fellow. He deserves a 5 star review for Viking Pest Control.Review fromLarry A

Our service tech ***** P did an outstanding job by checking our bait traps and then spraying around the entire perimeter of our house. We had ***** in the past and he is always very professional, courteous, on-time and always does a great job.Viking Pest Control
