We had a minor mouse issue in our warehouse. Viking came out and gave us options. In only a few weeks- activity ceased. They follow up and are responsive to our calls. ****** Post, the Viking Pest Control technician who was at my home today, is definitely a 5 Star serviceman/technician. He was the most thorough, professional and informative serviceman that I have had here in my home for other services in many years. I am requesting that ****** Post continues to be the technician/serviceman who follows up with my Viking service calls. He knows and has shown me where the mice are most likely coming into the basement, laundry room, garage to have fun at the gala party they have been throwing these many months, and I'd like him to continue to be our technician. If I could give Mark * 6 stars I would! I was having a problem and he was the 3 rd technician to try to resolve the problem.. he is very detailed and knowledgeable . He checked every possible entry point inside and outside and did find the entry point for the pest! Excellent service by him!! Many thanks ****!!!!!!!Viking Pest Control
