  I had a very bad experience with this company. They came 8 hours late for pick up and 7 hours late for delivery. At delivery they were missing 8 boxes, suitcase and another staff. When I unpacked delivered boxes I found that 30% of everything fragile was broken. I called them numerous times. They gave
  me different numbers to call. I called, 3 times send them photos of all broken items, descriptions of lost items.
  They did not want to do anything about it and refunded only $177 for everything what was missing and broken (cost approximately around $9,000).
  Very bad, stressful and horrific experience. Will never recommend this company for business

  Worst experience going with this company "Movement ************** Only reason I'm making my moving issue publicly known here at BBB is wishing others to not get scammed and trapped. Because sharing our experience can help people who plan to move to a new home avoid dishonest movers. Horrific experience! I got a quote from them and decided to use them over other companies because of BBB and ****** rating but they charged me over double what was quoted. They'll try to be nice with you just to secure the business, but trust me, on the day of pickup you'll be in trouble by their unprofessional crew. On 4 Jan 2023 I contacted Movement Pro Van Lines with a request for a quote. I received an immediate answer with an estimated quote. Company representative asked me to send the inventory list which I provided and have a final binding estimate. In fact, I have told them clearly that I've listed many of the items on the marketplace for sale. They confirmed that If I ended up selling the items form the agreed inventory list, they'll reduce the price. I sold many heavy items from the inventory list like 01 Queen *** frame with Storage, 6 drawer dresser, 3-door Wardrobe, Table with Lamp , Floor Lamp etc. I was sure that I would receive a quality and smooth moving service and so I trusted them with my belongings. The moving date was set for 30 Jan. ************** on the day of pickup, instead of going lower with the price because of taking out many heavy items from the inventory, they charged me extra money with a lame excuse that inventory used more space. They put me on a spot because the next day was the last day of my lease and the very next day I was having a reserved flight with my whole family (2yr old baby, spouse and my mother). They lost items, damaged furniture, and broke items. Had to constantly call and call and leave emails with gentle follow up and reminders for a response.Very upset and highly disappointed with this company! Unfortunate Experience

  Workers arrived on time and had a polite attitude throughout. Nothing was damaged or missing, and everything was set up just like I had asked. Reliable and competent movers!

  I am fond of home dcor essentials, but most of the time they are expensive and fragile, so I was looking for people who could take my stuff with care. Movement Pro Van Lines came in a maximum of 7 minutes after I called they had these stretchable tapes, cartons, and *********** sheets to set and ************ in order.
