    On several occasions I came in the store with my support animal. I would be approached and asked for ID. THIS IS AN ILLEGAL ACT AGAINST THE *** ACT OF AMERICA. On today 10/24/2024 about 7:15 a.m. the manager ***** Daginsteno. He approached me and asked me was this a service animal. I replied it's illegal for you to do so and i kept walking. He began to follow me in a high tone stating it's the store policy and posted He can do so. If I don't abide by his request he can ****** me out the building. I continued to walk and say then do so. He then proceeded to go behind the closed doors. I then went and requested the manager knowing it was him. He came walking towards me stating this is me and this is all you're going to get. I said it's you who I want. He began arguing with me and pointed to a policy that's doesn't state he can ask or stop me. He stated go and call corporate he don't care.This store need to be retrained on their policies and customer service.
