    Ordered (7/29/22) and paid $90 for shoes that were promised to ship in November of 2022.....never delivered. Want refund!

    After seeing a video online of the hit television show "Shark Tank" featuring the company Muvez and their shoes I had decided to make a purchase online on September 19, 2022. I paid initially $99.95 plus shipping and taxes for their original Vanta Black Muvez footwear with **** 3 Day Ground Shipping. After monitoring the order on the Shop app I received no updates and proceeded to email their customer service team at ***************************************** Within the first few emails I was told I had paid for a pre-order and that my product would take ***** days to arrive at their warehouse and then ship. Their website doesnt differentiate this so I asked them to change my order to their newest model instead with a refund towards the original pair I purchased and a discount on my order which the obliged. Around November I was ensured my order would arrive before or around Christmas. It is now January and all communication had ceased from them along with zero updates to my order on the Shop app. What I am requesting at this point is the product that I paid for and an apology because I communicated with them calmly and fairly. I would even be willing to leave them with a somewhat positive review if I received both pairs of Muvez footwear that were on my order. They also need to change how they are listing their products online. To customers wanting to purchase products, listing "BUY NOW" does not clearly indicate that they would be paying for a pre order of any kind

    What poor customer service! Actually no customer service! I see Im not the only one. Shoes did not fit took them three weeks to get here. No customer service number! I wanted to return them they informed me its $25 restocking fee. I could not get them to send me back information how to return it! I finally sent with ************* post office with a tracking number the package back to the address in **********. That cost me $17. I will never buy anything off shark tank again! That was my first time and my last time. I should stick with Amazon because theyre so wonderful with returns no questions asked refund your money ????

    I placed an order for a pair of sneakers and paid for overnight shipping on July 28th. I never received the sneakers and am not getting responses to emails or voicemails left with the company. I would like to receive a full refund for the sneakers and shipping since I never received them.
