    I would give a negative star rating for Muvez! Saw Muvez on the Grommet and ordered a pair of their shoes on May 19, 2024. Have yet to receive. Website is inactive. No response via email or ******** Messenger. The Grommet relayed they are aware of the issues, they also are unable to contact Muvez and have cut ties with them. Now trying to get refund via PayPal!

    If I could give them zero stars I would. I placed my order for 2 pairs of shoes in May. They were supposed to be delivered within 7 business days. Not only have I not received my shoes, but I also cannot reach the company. They have disappeared from the internet. Buyer beware!

    Awful customer service. Was supposed to get an exchange 3 months ago, but never did and now all my calls and emails go unanswered. Thanks for taking my money, but not providing the product Muvez.

    I placed my initial order at the beginning of January and was told my order would ship in the next 7-10 business days. At the end of January, I contacted customer service, and they cancelled then resubmitted my order. It's May 15th, and I STILL haven't gotten it. I'm beyond even wanting them anymore

    Ordered a pair of shoes, was told that my order was shipped and the tracking device still says its awaiting drop off from Muvez. Tried contacting multiple times with. I response. Horrible customer service.

    DON'T ORDER.Ordered 2 pairs of shoes 9/17/2023. When placing the order the Shipping method said "Free Shipping 3-5 business days". I figured it would take a little longer as they are a newer company. Then I received a couple of progress updates. On 9/26/23 I received an email stating "Friendly Update on Your Order - Shipping Details Within 21 Days". Received the same exact email on 11/21/203. I reached out and a customer care specialist said they were sorry and they should be shipping them in 2-3 weeks. On 12/8/23 I asked if I could expect my order before Christmas. No response. On 2/9/24 I reached out asking for an update with no response. On 2/12/24 I received an email saying "You Muvez are on the way". On 3/4/24 I received an email with a **** tracking number. That has been the last update and when I click on the tracking number it says "Pre-Shipment status still. For over a month now! This company obviously has major problems as they continue to send mass marketing emails attempting to drive sales when they can't even fulfill in a 6 month window. That is what you call bad business and a borderline scam. There's absolutely no way I should be charged $142 for the 2 pairs of shoes after 6+ months of waiting.

    NO STARS!! Ordered on December 30. Fortunately I paid with Paypal. I noticed that they charged my Paypal account immediately upon my placing the order, which is not the norm (legit companies wait until the item has actually SHIPPED) Waited patiently for a month and heard NOTHING back. I disputed the charge with Paypal - the company never responded so I got my $ back by default. Shortly thereafter I got an email saying they lost my order and were entering a replacement order. Two weeks ago (March 12) I got an email with a **** tracking number informing me that "Your order is on the way". **** shows that a "label has been created and is awaiting drop off of the item to **** from the shipper" It has remained in that status for 2 weeks now. I warned them not to charge my account after the first incident - but I look every day to make sure they haven't tried to charge Paypal under the guise of the item having "shipped" I have sent several emails to their alleged ****************** **** with no reply. SCAM

    Ordered shoes 2/4. Reached out on 2/13 to ask for estimated ship time, received a response on2/14 that they are working through a backlog and would ship my shoes shortly. Reached out again on 2/17 and 2/29 to get updates but received no response. Initiated a fraud dispute on the charge on Saturday, 3/2, and suddenly heard back from Muvez on Monday, 3/4. I wonder why (eye roll). More nonsense about a backlog, but this time I was offered a refund. Well see if that actually happens. I will definitely keep the dispute going with my bank until the refund is finalized.If you are reading this, youve probably been screwed like the rest of us. DISPUTE THE CHARGES. This company is super scammy.

    Ordered a pair of shoes from this company and only then did I find out that the order is a "pre-order." There was no indication prior. Based on the company and how long they've been doing business, there was no reason to believe this would be a preorder. When I attempted to cancel the order, I was refused because I had not also purchased some "return assurance" product which is not customary when dealing with online apparel companies. It's normal for a customer to not like a product because of fit, feel, or quality, and Muvez is trying to make money and refuse returns by selling the right to cancel or return your order. Complete and total scam company. I've contacted my credit card company, reported Muvez for fraud and requested a chargeback against them. DO NOT do business with them, they are a scam company.
